Couple of sets with 103½lb to open up the Abdominal & Lower Back areas making sure BOTH sides are ready to go. Yep, used a 2 ⅜" thick Axle and what a challenge it was!
If you have have trouble getting deep, rotate more towards the weighted side and see how it goes. Hope this helps. God Bless!
