My Symphis Pubis popped last night which hasn't happened in YEARS! Wasn't sure what the effect was until this morning. My left Hip felt odd.
I decided to hit an early(7AM) workout of Gobbell Squats to get my Hips sorted. My entire group of Erectors from Hip to Scapula on my left side were lit up with 135lb. Oddly, going up 50lb to 185lb felt WAAAAY better! Go figure!
So, WHY Gobbell Squats? You can't cheat the movement. Seriously, they are more strict than Front Squats! If you can do these with 70% of your Back Squat, you're doing great! Make sure to lift the weight from the floor NOT the Rack to make sure you don't do too much too soon. God Bless!
