00:07to the famous Bicol-Tindog-Oragon Relief Caravan in Bicol Region.

00:12The residents who were affected by the next-to-next typhoons were the first to be evacuated.

00:23Because of the next-to-next calamities that hit Albay,

00:26the house and farm of Emiline's family were completely destroyed and almost none of their belongings were left.

00:33Because of that, she is very thankful to the DSWD and other agencies

00:40of the famous Bicol-Tindog-Oragon Relief Caravan for those who were affected by the next-to-next typhoons.

00:46My God, ma'am, we lost our livelihoods.

00:49And our houses were completely destroyed.

00:55Our livelihoods, our farms were completely destroyed.

01:01This is a big help to us because of the food, and the repair of our houses.

01:11House Speaker Martin Romualdez initiated this initiative in Bicol Region

01:16together with several congressmen and local officials.

01:20Next, they visited Catanduanes, Albay, and Nagas City at Pili in Camarines Sur

01:26to distribute financial assistance, rice, and other aid.

01:31In total, about P850 million worth of assistance, programs, and services

01:37were distributed by the government to the 170,000 beneficiaries in the region.

01:42We are very happy because our program, Tapang Bicol-Tindog-Oragon, is very successful.

01:49I am thankful to all the local officials who are helping here in planning, coordinating,

01:55and of course to all the agencies who are helping here.

01:58From the officials to the residents of Bicol Region, they are very happy with this amazing caravan.

02:06We are very thankful. We are very thankful for the help that came to us.

02:11No matter what, they helped us.

02:15Well, first of all, Romualdez is really amazing.

02:20He can help. He has a plan. He thinks of everything.

02:23Just like the housing assistance, he thought of it himself.
