00:00At this point, let's talk about the latest updates on the current administration's programs here in Mr. President on the go.

00:23First, our President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. distributed P50 Million Pesos of financial assistance to the residents of Pangasinan affected by the following typhoons.

00:35Our President distributed financial assistance to farmers, fishermen, and their families in the province of Pangasinan.

00:44This includes P60,000 of financial assistance to 5,000 farmers and fishermen in the province.

00:52Our President also assured that the support of government agencies, including the Department of Agriculture, DSWD, DOLE, and Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development is available

01:05for the development of the province of Pangasinan.

01:10Our President also instructed government agencies and local authorities to strengthen their efforts to meet the needs of the residents of Pangasinan.

01:19Our President also thanked the first responders during the typhoon and assured them of long-term solutions.

01:25This is for our farmers who have been severely affected by the recent typhoon.

01:30Scientists are continuously working together to develop new tools for farming that are durable and adaptable to the changing times.

01:40Meanwhile, fellow countrymen, President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr. was the first to give the award to the country's prize-winning choir

01:50for this award in his Honoring the Champion Choirs of 2024 held in Palacio Po.

01:57In the ceremonial program held, the most outstanding choirs in the Philippines were recognized

02:04by the country for their excellence in music performed on the international stage.

02:10The seven choral groups were recognized,

02:13University of the Philippines Manila Choral,

02:15Quezon City Performing Arts Development Foundation Incorporated Concert Chorus,

02:19Sola Grafia Choral,

02:21University of Mindanao Choral,

02:23Los Cantantes de Manila,

02:25Emusi Capella,

02:27and University of Santo Tomas Singers.

02:29Each group received a check worth Php 200,000.

02:33The award was given not only to the talented choirs,

02:38but also to their passion and discipline,

02:40inspiring the next generation of artists and performers in the Philippines.
