Insieme per porre fine all’epidemia”.

00:00Why is it important to continue talking about HIV?
00:04Today I think we have seen why it is important to continue talking about HIV.
00:09We have to celebrate the successes we have achieved.
00:13Today it is a chronic disease, preventable, but we have also seen that there is still a lot to do.
00:22Together with all the actors, companies, institutions, researchers, the medical community, the community,
00:33we must continue to make a difference, both in terms of diagnosis, prevention, treatment,
00:44but also, as we have seen today, there is a lot of ignorance.
00:48We must continue to bring this information to everyone, especially our young people.
00:53We have also seen from the data that the number of new infections in Italy continues to increase,
00:58and this is certainly not good.
01:01With a joint effort, we can certainly change this, we will not change it.
01:07We have also seen today the strong support of the political party to this fight.
01:13Since there is a law, we hope for approval that can help us change this path of diseases in Italy.
