Been working around a tender shoulder and believe it or not, Pullups with a Narrow Monkey Grip(thumbs next to fingers) seem to work that shoulder just right. Alignment, Rehab & Prehab work oftentimes don't 'make sense' to our minds. As long as it makes the BODY happy THAT'S what matters most right? Trust your body, it will never let you down! God Bless!
