00:00At the moment, we are still monitoring the low-pressure area inside the Philippine Area of Responsibility.

00:07The low-pressure area is said to be embedded in the Intertropical Convergence Zone.

00:21The LPA monitoring means that in the next 24 hours,

00:25it could become a typhoon.

00:37As of 3 a.m., it was last seen at a distance of 155 kilometers east-southeast of Tagum City, Davao del Norte.
