00:42The operation was a collaborative effort involving officers from the Johor Immigration Enforcement
00:48Department and 50 officers from the Sultan Iskandar Building Office.
00:53Those detained included 20 men and four women from Indonesia, 16 men from Myanmar, one man
00:59from Pakistan, and 64 men from Bangladesh, all aged between 20 and 56.
01:06They have been placed at the Perkananas Immigration Detention Centre for further investigation
01:11and action.
01:12Mohamed Rusti stated that this operation is part of the department's broader strategy
01:17to tackle immigration violations and address the presence of undocumented migrants in the
01:22state.
01:23He emphasized the department's ongoing commitment to strict enforcement, including actions against
01:29employers, property owners, and individuals employing or harboring illegal immigrants.
