00:00In our latest satellite images, we can see three weather systems that are affecting our country.

00:05The Northeast Monsoon or AMIHAN, particularly in the northern part of Luzon.

00:09The Shirline or hot and cold wind that is affecting.

00:14The northern and central part of Luzon, as well as the Intertropical Convergence Zone or ITCZ.

00:20It brings floods and a high chance of rain, particularly in the part of Mindanao.

00:27We also have the Visayas and some parts of the Bicol Region.

00:31While the Shirline brings a high chance of rain in the eastern part of Luzon,

00:37particularly in the area of Quezon Province, as well as in the area of Romblon.

00:42The part of Isabela or Aurora will also experience a high chance of rain,

00:47as well as in the Cagayan Valley Region, particularly in the province of Cagayan.

00:52The other part of Cagayan Valley will experience a low chance of rain,

00:56particularly in the Amihan or Northeast Monsoon, including Ilocos Norte.

01:01The other part of Luzon will experience, including Metro Manila, Calabarzon, and Central Luzon,

01:07will experience isolated light rains in the northern part.

01:12While there are thunderstorms in the Central Luzon,

01:17Metro Manila, and a large part of Calabarzon.

01:21We can see that there is no low-pressure area that is visible inside and outside of the Philippine Area of Responsibility.

01:27It is possible that by the end of this week, when the weekend comes,

01:30we will have a low chance of thunderstorms.

01:33And here in Luzon, we will see a high chance of rain,

01:37along the ITCZ, particularly in some parts of the Bicol Region, including the province of Romblon.

01:43Meanwhile, the Shirline will still bring a high chance of rain

01:47In the eastern part of Luzon, particularly in Cagayan,

01:51along with Isabela, as well as the area of Quirino,

01:55along with Aurora, and some parts of Quezon Province.

02:00Meanwhile, there will be a low chance of rain in Cordillera,

02:04and in ten parts of the Cagayan Valley Region, including Ilocos Norte.

02:09And in ten parts of the Ilocos Region, there will be isolated light rains.

02:14Meanwhile, here in Manila, along with some parts of Central Luzon,

02:19as well as Calabarzon, we will still see a high chance of rain,

02:22but it is possible that there will be isolated rainfalls,

02:27and we will have rainfall advisories,

02:29if there is a chance of thunderstorms.

02:33The temperature outside is 25 to 31 degrees Celsius,

02:37and around 23 to 28 degrees Celsius.

02:41In Baguio, it is 16 to 23 degrees Celsius,

02:43while in Metro Manila, it is 24 to 30 degrees Celsius.

02:47In Tagaytay, it is 22 to 29 degrees Celsius,

02:50while in Legazpi, it is 25 to 29 degrees Celsius.

02:54And a large part of Palawan will experience cloudy skies

02:59when there are rains,

03:00that is the end of the Intertropical Convergence Zone.

03:02The temperature outside the Cagayan Islands is 26 to 31 degrees Celsius.

03:06In Puerto Princesa, it is 24 to 31 degrees Celsius.

03:09There is also a high chance of rain in a large part of Cabizayaan,

03:13especially here in Eastern Visayas, the end of the ITCZ.

03:17The temperature in Iloilo is 25 to 30 degrees Celsius.

03:20In Cebu, it is 26 to 30 degrees Celsius,

03:23while in Tacloban, it is 25 to 30 degrees Celsius.

03:26The sky will also be cloudy in a large part of Mindanao,

03:30the end of the ITCZ,

03:31especially in the eastern part of Mindanao,

03:34the Caragat and Davao region.

03:37The temperature in Zamboanga is 25 to 32 degrees Celsius.

03:40In Cagayan de Oro, it is 24 to 30 degrees Celsius,

03:43while in Davao, it is 25 to 31 degrees Celsius.

03:47We do not have a high gale warning,

03:49this is what we expect in large waves of the sea,

03:52but be careful in the northern area.

03:54In the villages in northern Luzon,

03:56we expect strong winds in the next few days,

03:59so be careful,

04:01especially in small sea vehicles and small boats,

04:04because it is possible that there will be strong winds

04:09Tomorrow, we expect moderate to heavy rains,
