00:00We're halfway through what has been a big consultation process. The overall aim is to
00:13improve our clubs and how we operate with the full support of our union. We're going
00:19to continue that now through the coming months, which is really, really important.
00:27Things have to change and the WRU can't do it themselves. We need to consult, we need
00:33to give them their opinion. As with all sports, we're facing significant
00:38changes due to the many challenges that we face and being engaged early will make sure
00:42that our voices are heard by the union when it's looking to take decisions about the future
00:48that will affect us all. The scope and the opinions from North Wales
00:53down to South Wales, all the clubs fitted into it, really express their opinions and
01:00it's good. Whether we come out with the answers and the queries, and it's been reiterated
01:07tonight, but it's been a very good consultation process.
01:10We all want the same. We want rugby to be with us in 10, 15, 20 years' time. We want
01:16our youngsters to enjoy a fantastic experience and this is what the model does. We believe
01:21that having inclusive, warm environments, a diversification across our board, a diversification
01:28for youngsters to see, we want to embrace it and come along the journey with us and
01:32let's make sure rugby's there for the future.
