00:00Do you get paid for playing for England?
00:01Good question. This is a very good question. Okay.
00:04So I'm not giving up my time for nothing?
00:06Yeah, so this is how it works, all right?
00:07This is how it works with regards to when you'll go away with your international team.
00:11And every international team is different. Every country does it differently.
00:15The way England work is, you get a match fee for playing the game.
00:18It's nothing major. It's maybe, you might be talking two grand a game or something, yeah?
00:23But every single player's match fee has always been signed off to charity.
00:27We always give it away to charity, right?
00:29What you do get is, let's just talk about England, for example.
00:33Everybody that is a sponsor of England, whether it's McDonald's or like Carlsberg, Heineken,
00:38no matter what it is, yeah? It doesn't matter.
00:40All of that gets put into a big pot. The players will then receive a certain percent.
00:45I'll throw something out there like maybe it's 20% or something. I'm not sure, yeah?
00:50The players will then get a pro rata percentage, 20% or something of that amount.
00:55And that's basically how much the players will receive.
