00:03just got back from Lane's Bakery on Church Street where I went for the first
00:06time. It's been a really long time since I went to a proper bakery and I was
00:11really excited about it. When I got there it seemed like a proper local bakery, it
00:14seemed like a really nice atmosphere, people just chatting across the
00:17counter and I ordered a steak pie and a sausage roll and I thoroughly enjoyed
00:22both of them and the sausage rolls paste was really nice and crispy and the meat
00:26had a nice kind of herb kick, I want to say like rosemary kind of thing and that
00:30was really good. The steak pie looked amazing, kind of like golden brown
00:34pastry and the pastry was nice and thin but it wasn't too soggy from the
00:38sauce inside and then once you tried the steak on the inside it was nice and soft
00:42and it had a really nice rich sauce which I absolutely loved so I cannot
00:48wait to go back already.
