00:00Pleased to see the progress that we're making with Op Warrior Lancashire's strategy around
00:06tackling organised crime and serious violence crime. It's a key priority within the police and
00:12crime plan. We really understand the disruption that it causes in local communities, the drug
00:19dealing, the organised violence that kind of goes on behind that and we want to do everything we can
00:27to not only go out and take out the organised crime groups and the houses where people
00:35cause most of the problems from, but we have a strategy around clear hold build
00:40that means that working in partnership with housing and the local authorities we can then
00:48not only evict troublemakers and problem families and drug dealers from those properties but then
00:55we can remove them and restore the confidence from the public that actually when you report
01:02these issues to the police that action will be taken. It's really important,
01:07rebuilding neighbourhood policing, rebuilding trust of the community, making sure that when
01:13we get information passed to the police about significant issues within communities
01:20that we are seen to take action.
