Dahi Wali Hari Mirch (Yogurt Stuffed Green Chilies) is a flavorful and spicy dish commonly enjoyed in Indian and Pakistani cuisine. It’s a simple yet tasty appetizer or side dish that combines the heat of green chilies with the cooling effect of yogurt😊
🔷Here's a recipe to make "Dahi Wali Hari Mirch" at home:-
☛FOR MASALA POWDER:-
* Heat a pan.
* Add 1 tbsp of coriander seeds, 1 tbsp Fennel seeds,, 1 tbsp Cumin seeds & 10-15 whole black peppercorns. Dry roast it.
* Take it out in a plate & allow it to cool completely. Transfer the roasted ingredients in a grinding jar & grind it.
* Our Masala powder is ready.
⬗Method:-
* Take 250 grams of green chillies (Washed, Cleaned & pat dry)
* Slit & take out the seeds & keep it aside for further use.
* Heat 4 tbsp mustard oil in a kadai.
* Add ½ tsp Mustard seeds & 2 tsp off Asafoetida & fry them well.
* Add the green chillies & fry them well.
* Now add the Masala powder, ½ tsp kashmiri red chilli powder, ½ tsp turmeric powder, ½ tsp Rock Salt & ½ tsp Salt. Mix & cook.
* Add 4 tbsp Yogurt (Switch off the gas on low flame)
* Mix & cook well
* Add 1 tsp Chaat masala. Mix & cook well.
OUR SPICY & TANGY "DAHI WALI HARI MIRCH" IS READY TO SERVE😋😊
NOTE:- Serve the Dahi Wali Hari Mirch as an appetizer, side dish, or with roti or rice. It’s great with a cooling side like raita or a refreshing salad.
