00:24meet the family here we are inside Cassius I'll tell you what this place is a
00:32lot different than any other deli that we've ever stopped at for the Dietz and
00:35Watson real Philly deli tour because it's a bakery first and you can basically get
00:40everything that you need here you can get your breakfast you can get your lunch you
00:44can get your second lunch you can get your pre-sert you can get your dinner you can
00:49get your second dessert you can get everything all right so here we are with
00:53the owner of Cassius bakery this is Raymond say hi Raymond hey guys how's it
00:56going all right so Raymond Cassius has been around for how long we just
01:00celebrated our 65 year anniversary this year 65 years and how long have you
01:05actually been open in this location so we've been in Williamstown for this is
01:08our sixth year and going strong all right so from what I understand there are six
01:13locations in New Jersey and Philadelphia you have a huge menu what are we gonna
01:16make today so we're gonna make the Godfather Houghton okay and where do you get
01:19your bread we make our own bread here that's what makes us famous
01:23that's right we're in a bakery how long does this take about 20 minutes oh do
01:32you have yeah bread that's already made of course oh let's just do that with
