00:00Hey guys it's Casey Boyd from the Preston and Steve show and we are at our next stop at the

00:08Deetson Watson Real Philly Deli tour. Now the Real Philly Deli brand is expanding and we started in

00:13Philadelphia going to Delco, Bucksco, Monco, going over into New Jersey and now we're basically as

00:18far as the land of New Jersey will take us. We are in Brick, New Jersey and we are at Jovo's

00:24Deli just four miles from the Atlantic Ocean. Don't worry guys they still drive on the right

00:29side of the road here. Now I want to introduce you to the Real American Dream, a family-owned

00:34business. This is a Jovo family, Jovo's Deli. Come on inside guys. All right here we are inside Jovo's

00:45Deli. This is the Real American Dream, a family-owned business but their last name is not really Jovo.

00:51You know what? Let's go meet the family and they'll tell you why. All right so here we are with one of

00:57the owners of Jovo's Deli and I say one of the owners because this is a family-owned business

01:01but your family name is not Jovo, correct? Correct. All right what is your actual name?

01:05Our last name is Jovanowski. Prior to owning this deli your family actually owned a restaurant,

01:09correct? Correct. And so I can see that you guys have actually taken that that whole restaurant

01:13philosophy. One would even say that you guys have the ultimate experience for your customers?

01:19Absolutely so ultimate that we actually named the sub called The Ultimate. Are we gonna make The Ultimate?

01:24We're gonna make The Ultimate? We're gonna make The Ultimate. Let's go make The Ultimate!

01:28So here we are standing in front of the deconstructed version of The Ultimate. Can I cut this?

01:33Absolutely. All right. Did I cut the right side? Cut all the way through. All the way through?

01:38All the way through. Okay this is the first time ever that we have completely cut the roll in half.

01:44First for The Ultimate we start with Swiss cheese and the roast beef. These are lots of turkey

01:49followed by the bacon on top. And we dress it with whatever you like. Let's do lettuce and tomato,

01:53no onions. Hold the onion. Can I throw some hot peppers on that as well? Absolutely. So this sandwich

01:58I mean is straight out of Scooby-Doo. Look at that. Now normally you would top this thing with some

02:04some dressing over here. Oil, vinegar, mayo. All right oil, vinegar, mayo and because I'm the customer here

02:09I actually wanted to try with the sriracha aioli. So let's put that on there.

02:13We just need to put something next to it. Like you know they had to put like a dollar bill next to something to give it scale.

02:21Look at the size of that thing.

02:25There's just no way. I'm gonna try. Here we go.

02:31What can I say? Do I got stuff all over my face? Oh man. Oh my god. I'm like a two year old.

02:43Not only is the size of that sandwich amazing but the taste all of that together. That is a piece of artwork.
