00:13Konchak and we're at the corner of Fayette and 4th we're at a place called Deli on 4th and I am

00:17so excited to make the sandwich we're making something called the Buffalo chicken EXPLOSION

00:23let's go check it out all right so here we are inside deli on 4th and I'm with the deli's owner

00:35this is Steph Marnelli say hi hi all right so how long have you been the owner of this place two

00:39years two years it used to be called Donnie Max on 4th you worked for Donnie yep and now you own

00:43this place yep I actually used to come here when I lived in Konchakak and I love this place now we

00:48had a choice between making either the Godfather or the Buffalo chicken EXPLOSION sorry um so I want

00:59to make the Buffalo chicken explosion uh because I had no idea that Decent wants to make Buffalo meat

01:05how long have they been making Buffalo meat it's actually Buffalo chicken um yep Buffalo chicken

01:11that makes more sense okay so do you want to go make the Buffalo chicken sandwich all right let's

01:15go do the explosion all right so first we're going to start off with our 12 inch roll slice this bad

01:21boy straight down and open it up so we're going to take our hot sauce spread it all over then we're

01:27going to take our sharp prebolone and we're going to add okay just long hots on one side

01:33extra long hots on one side and then we're going to do our super thud cool it down with a little bit of

01:42tomatoes then we got our buffalo chicken pull that off we're going to add a little bit of our blue cheese

01:51crumbles topped off with some lettuce oh my god there's no room I know there's no room left lastly our

01:59onions there is no way look look at that there's no way can it how are we gonna fold this to make it a little bit of

02:09squishing okay all right let's let's squeeze this together this all right oh my gosh I don't think

02:17it's safe for me this explosion indoors let's take this outside okay so does this come with a parental

02:24warning like always eat in the presence of an adult yeah always eat it outside because you never know

02:29with a lot of water with a lot of water you did sneak a little long hot in there for me are you ready
