00:00I seek refuge in Allah from the accursed Satan, in the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
00:17All praise is due to Allah, Who has guided us to this, and we would not have been guided had it not been for Allah's guidance.
00:27I seek refuge in Allah from the accursed Satan, in the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
00:57I seek refuge in Allah from the accursed Satan, in the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
01:27Peace and blessings of Allah be upon you.
01:54Peace and blessings of Allah be upon you.
01:56MashaAllah.
01:57We are taking a break at this time.
01:59We will be back.
02:00Keep reciting the Durood.
02:01In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
02:03Peace and blessings of Allah be upon you.
02:05Peace and blessings of Allah be upon you.
02:06Today, our topic in Deen and Khawateen is Hajj-e-Baitullah.
02:12It is a collection of financial and physical worship.
02:17It is a means of forgiveness for past sins.
02:21It is a great and magnificent thing.
02:27Today, we have the pleasure of talking about it.
02:30I introduced the scholars before the break.
02:33We have with us the scholar A'iza and the scholar Aliya Shariq.
02:38Our mentor, the great Ustaz-ul-Ulema, Sheikh-ul-Hadith, Faiz Bakhsh, Faiz Guztar, Mufti Muhammad Ahsan Naveed Khan, Niazi Damar Fuyuduhum, has come to guide us.
02:54Let us greet them.
02:56Peace and blessings of Allah be upon you.
02:57Peace and blessings of Allah be upon you.
03:00Peace and blessings of Allah be upon you.
03:01Peace and blessings of Allah be upon you.
03:03If you allow me, I will start the program.
03:06Start with the name of Allah.
03:08In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
03:10We will listen to you, scholar A'iza Amir.
03:13A'iza Amir, tell me, some people say that the daughters have grown up.
03:19Generally, this is said for the children.
03:23But for the daughters, it is said that they should get married first.
03:28They should be free from the responsibilities of marriage.
03:31After that, we will go to Hajj.
03:33So, what is the Shari'ah commandment of this concept?
03:39Hajj is for every adult Muslim who has enough money to go to Hajj.
03:49As long as he is in Hajj, he can leave the expenses of his family.
03:55In this case, Hajj is compulsory.
03:57If there is a woman, it is necessary to be with her.
04:00If Hajj is obligatory on someone, then if he does it without permission, it will be a sin.
04:08As far as marriage is concerned, the marriage that is prevalent in our society,
04:12the Shari'ah has not made it compulsory for us.
04:16Even if we are in limitations, there is no harm in it.
04:25But to make it an obstacle for Hajj, it is not allowed at all.
04:33If we have to go to the market, do we leave our obligatory prayers?
04:38Or can we skip it?
04:39Not at all.
04:40We will manage our time to go to the market.
04:44But we will offer our prayers on time.
04:46Because where relaxation is required, the Shari'ah gives us relaxation at that point.
04:52For example, if someone is very sick, has a necrosis,
04:55or if a woman does not have a husband with whom she can go to Hajj,
05:00then the Shari'ah has not made it compulsory for her anyway.
05:03So where relaxation was required, the Shari'ah gave it.
05:06But in this case, we cannot postpone Hajj.
05:09When Hajj is obligatory on you, then you have to pay it.
05:12Similarly, Hazrat Abdullah Ibn Abbas says that
05:16the person on whom Hajj is obligatory and he has not paid the Hajj,
05:20or Zakat is obligatory on him and he has not paid the Zakat,
05:23when he dies, he will wish to return to this world.
05:27In other words, his life will be incomplete and incomplete.
05:31Because he has left such a big obligation.
05:34Similarly, in other Hadiths of Mubaraka, many Waheeds are mentioned in this regard.
05:38Therefore, when Hajj is obligatory, we should pay it as soon as possible.
05:42Now, when it is said that we will do Hajj after we get our children married,
05:47then no one knows what will happen tomorrow.
05:50God forbid, the situation is such that you do not have so much wealth at that time,
05:55or there is no guarantee of health that whether you are healthy or not at that time,
05:59then it will be difficult to perform Hajj.
06:01Now, we do not know that you do not have so much weakness at that time,
06:06because as time goes by, weakness keeps coming inside us.
06:10And there is also physical worship, so hard work is also required.
06:13Hard work is also required here.
06:14Now, the more time passes, the more you will become a victim of weakness.
06:18It is very difficult to give the overall result of the house,
06:22so Hajj is a difficult worship anyway.
06:24There can be more harm in it.
06:26Therefore, we should try to perform Hajj in our youth, if it is obligatory.
06:31If you ask people who have performed Hajj at a very old age,
06:34they themselves often say the same thing, that Hajj should have been performed in youth.
06:39Therefore, when God Almighty has given you wealth and health,
06:43then appreciate it and try to perform Hajj as soon as possible.
06:48As soon as possible, based on preference.
06:51If there are marriages, then perform it.
06:54Another thing after marriage is that if the children are young,
06:58then usually it is seen that the parents postpone it.
07:02What is the instruction for doing this?
07:04Hajj is a great worship.
07:06As every Muslim who has the ability, as I said,
07:10once in a lifetime it is obligatory.
07:12It is a spiritual journey that brings God Almighty closer.
07:16Sometimes there are obstacles in this spiritual journey,
07:19for example, if the children are young,
07:21then how can we go to Hajj?
07:23How can we leave the children?
07:25God Almighty said in the Holy Qur'an,
07:27la yukallifullahu nafsan illa wus'aha
07:30that God Almighty does not give pain to any soul according to its ability.
07:35Therefore, if your children are young,
07:38their age or illness, or the parents do not have any arrangement to leave the children,
07:43then in this case, the Shariah allows the parents to postpone Hajj.
07:48But the opposite situation is that there are children of the same age.
07:52There is a worldly journey.
07:54For a long time, we leave the children with the relatives.
07:57So, one view is that we leave the children in the worldly journey,
08:03but when it comes to Hajj or worship, we remember God Almighty.
08:07So, at this time, we should calculate ourselves
08:10whether we are really helpless or just a worldly disciple.
08:14And who is more merciful than God?
08:16When you are merciful, it means you are able.
08:19Then He does not put more burden on you than your pain.
08:22Absolutely.
08:23So, Hajj is a once in a lifetime opportunity.
08:25God Almighty has given it to us.
08:28So, we should avail it.
08:30And if it is such a situation that you cannot leave anyone's child,
08:34or it is such a disease, then in this case, you should postpone Hajj.
08:38You cannot leave your children.
08:40Absolutely.
08:41So, in this case, you should postpone it.
08:43If you do not have a proper valid reason,
08:46then in this case, you cannot postpone Hajj.
08:49You will have to pay it immediately.
08:51Okay.
08:52By the way, there are elders at home.
08:54May Allah keep everyone's elders safe.
08:56So, we get blessings from our elders as well.
09:00They are blessed.
09:01So, for us, they are a blessing.
09:03They are a blessing.
09:04Hazrat Sahib, we are increasing their number.
09:06And keeping this in mind,
09:08Hazrat Sahib, is it the duty of the children to get married,
09:12or the children are still young and Hajj is being postponed,
09:14whereas Hajj has become obligatory on them.
09:16What would you say?
09:17In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Ever Merciful.
09:19Peace and blessings of Allah be upon His Beloved, Muhammad and his family and companions.
09:22In our opinion, the obligation of Hajj is al-al-fawr.
09:25Al-al-fawr means that as soon as Hajj is obligatory,
09:28you have to pay it.
09:30In this case, you cannot postpone it without a valid reason.
09:34So, the person who postpones Hajj without a valid reason,
09:38in our opinion, he is a sinner.
09:40In our opinion, he is a sinner.
09:42The obligation of Hajj is al-al-fawr.
09:44Al-al-fawr means that you have to do it immediately.
09:46That is, you have to think that Hajj has become obligatory,
09:48it is okay, we will do it later.
09:50We will do it after some time has passed.
09:53The weather is hot this time.
09:55We are not doing Hajj in the summer.
09:57We will do Hajj in the winter.
09:59Or a few more years have passed.
10:02Sometimes, people do not have a valid reason to do Hajj.
10:07There is a saying that children are small and cannot be left alone.
10:11But sometimes, people do not have a valid reason to do Hajj.
10:14I often explain to those who have the ability,
10:18that Hajj is not included in your planning.
10:21I meet such people everywhere.
10:24Many people come to us.
10:26Many people come to Darul Iftah as well.
10:29People have a lot of connections.
10:31I often talk to such people who have the ability.
10:37I tell them that you have done Hajj.
10:39If you have not done it, then what is your plan for Hajj?
10:42Then I explain to them that Hajj is not included in your planning.
10:48That is, it has become obligatory on you.
10:50When it has become obligatory,
10:51then you should try to fulfill the obligation as soon as possible.
10:54And what is this obligation?
10:56First of all, it is an obligation.
10:57Then it is the commandment of Allah.
10:58And the commandment is such that you should think about the reward for it.
11:02What is the reward?
11:03If you have done Hajj,
11:05and you have fulfilled all the requirements of Hajj,
11:08then what did Allah say?
11:09The one who has done Hajj,
11:12neither has he done anything shameful,
11:15nor has he done anything disobedient to Allah.
11:17He has not done Hajj.
11:18He has fulfilled the requirements of Hajj.
11:20So he returned as he was the day his mother gave birth to him.
11:24That is, neat and clean.
11:25Forgiveness of sins,
11:27forgiveness of sins,
11:28and then the house of Allah.
11:30What will be greater than visiting the house of Allah?
11:34What will be greater than visiting the holy door of Allah's beloved?
11:38You see, in the world,
11:39you are going on a trip,
11:40you are going here and there,
11:41we will see such and such historical place,
11:44we will see such and such place,
11:45we have big names,
11:46I don't want to take that name,
11:47we will see this place,
11:48we will see this place.
11:49Don't you want to see the house of Allah in your heart?
11:52Don't you want to see the holy door of Allah's beloved in your heart?
11:56Whoever is a believer,
11:57he should have this desire in his heart
12:00that we have to visit the house of Allah,
12:03we have to be present at Allah's door,
12:05we have to visit the holy door of Allah's beloved,
12:10we have to be present there.
12:12And when it has become obligatory on you,
12:14then it is obligatory.
12:15You have the ability,
12:16then it has become obligatory.
12:17When it has become obligatory,
12:18then it should be fulfilled immediately.
12:20It should be fulfilled immediately,
12:21it should not be delayed for no reason.
12:24And this thing that you have to get your daughters married,
12:27getting your daughters married is not an excuse
12:30which becomes a reason for delaying.
12:33As it is,
12:34the expenses in the marriage,
12:36you have put it on yourself.
12:38In reality,
12:39this expense is not in the Shariah.
12:41In the Shariah,
12:42the way the marriage has been encouraged to be simple,
12:44and the way it is with simplicity,
12:46there is no such expense in it
12:49because of which the Hajj has been delayed.
12:52So, this excuse is anyway a lame excuse.
12:56It is a lame excuse.
12:57This excuse is not right.
12:58It does not have the ability to become a Shariah excuse,
13:00this issue of getting your daughters married.
13:02And as far as small children are concerned,
13:04you should make a suitable arrangement for the small children.
13:08You should make a suitable arrangement
13:10and then you go for Hajj.
13:12In case,
13:13if there is no such arrangement,
13:15then there is a scope for it.
13:17But if you try,
13:19then Allah Almighty makes a reason for it.
13:22The reason is clear,
13:23the intention is clear,
13:24and the destination is easy.
13:25No doubt.
13:26Subhanallah.
13:27Mashallah.
13:28What is the matter, Huzoor?
13:29I am including a caller.
13:30Assalamu Alaikum.
13:31Walaikum Assalam.
13:33Walaikum Assalam.
13:34How are you, my sister?
13:36Alhamdulillah.
13:38How are you?
13:39Alhamdulillah.
13:40How are you?
13:41What questions have you brought?
13:42The first question is that
13:44when we are free after offering Salat,
13:46and we are sitting,
13:47in this situation,
13:48if we make the intention of Sajda and Tilawat,
13:50then how can this be done?
13:52Is it necessary to stand up for Sajda and Tilawat?
13:55Okay.
13:56That means,
13:57you made the intention of Sajda and Tilawat while sitting.
13:59Yes.
14:00And I wanted to ask about this,
14:02that if someone has missed a lot of Sajda and Tilawat,
14:06if they don't even remember,
14:07then what should be done in this situation?
14:09Hmm.
14:10Okay.
14:11And the next question is that,
14:12is it necessary to perform ablution for Sajda and Shukr?
14:15Hmm.
14:17And my last question is that,
14:19at the end of the Salat,
14:20you recited Durood Sharif.
14:21Hmm.
14:22But then I remembered,
14:23during this time,
14:24I made a mistake in Tashahud.
14:25Then I came back,
14:26and corrected that mistake.
14:28Then I recited Durood Sharif again,
14:30and then I said Salam.
14:31If this is done,
14:32then what will be the order?
14:33Is it necessary to perform Sajda and Tilawat?
14:35Please guide me in this regard.
14:37Assalamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh.
14:39Okay.
14:40Assalamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh.
14:44Your questions,
14:45I have noted them,
14:46Inshallah,
14:47will be included.
14:48Humera, my sister,
14:49calls us from Multan,
14:51and we are all learning from your questions.
14:55May Allah keep you safe.
14:56Huzoor, is your question completed?
14:57Yes.
14:58Okay.
14:59I will listen to you,
15:00Alima Aiza Amir.
15:03How are you?
15:05Now it is coming to my mind,
15:06that you are Aiza,
15:08and you are also Aliza.
15:09Okay.
15:10My question is,
15:11in the state of Ihram,
15:13hand wash,
15:15or nowadays,
15:16there are wipes,
15:17usually the mothers,
15:18carry the wipes with them,
15:20which are for cleaning purpose,
15:22for cleanliness,
15:23and are also good for hygiene.
15:25But the thing is,
15:26they are scented,
15:27they have fragrance.
15:28So, some wipes,
15:29which are scented,
15:30during the state of Ihram,
15:34what will be the order?
15:35And the scented tissue papers,
15:38they are not wet,
15:39they are dry tissue papers,
15:40and they have fragrance.
15:41Or,
15:42they are simple tissue papers,
15:43please tell me about all of them,
15:45so that the sisters do not have any confusion.
15:48If you use hand wash,
15:49and it does not have fragrance,
15:51then it is okay.
15:52Okay.
15:53But if it has fragrance,
15:54in that case,
15:55if you use it once or twice,
15:57then it is only for charity,
15:58the amount of fitrah,
15:59charity will be necessary.
16:00Okay.
16:01If you have used it more than once,
16:02then it will be necessary.
16:03Right.
16:04In charity,
16:05the same sacrifices are made,
16:06the same animals are given,
16:07the same sacrificial conditions are there.
16:09But,
16:10in the same way,
16:11the wet tissue papers,
16:12that is,
16:13the wipes,
16:14if it has less fragrance,
16:16and not a single part of it is cleaned,
16:18like the face,
16:19you have cleaned half of it,
16:20and there is less fragrance,
16:21then in that also,
16:22the amount of fitrah,
16:23charity will be necessary.
16:24Okay.
16:25If there is more fragrance,
16:26and you have cleaned the whole part of it,
16:28like the whole face,
16:29the whole face.
16:30Yes.
16:31In this case also,
16:32it will be necessary.
16:33Okay.
16:34And the tissue papers,
16:35they are not wet.
16:36So,
16:37fragrance is coming from it,
16:38but it is not wet,
16:39it is not applying on your body.
16:40So,
16:41there is no harm in using it.
16:42Normal tissue paper.
16:43Yes.
16:44If there is fragrance in it,
16:45then it is very light.
16:46It is very light.
16:47Yes.
16:48And anyway,
16:49there are such wipes,
16:50in which there is no fragrance,
16:51there is no fragrance.
16:52So,
16:53we should carry it with us
16:54to go for Hajj,
16:55Umrah,
16:56so that there is no harm.
16:57Okay.
16:58In the same way,
16:59it is a hard worship,
17:00in which we make such mistakes,
17:01due to which
17:02we have to
17:03make such mistakes,
17:04due to which
17:05we have to spend more.
17:06So,
17:07we have to carry it in such a way
17:08which is easily available in the market.
17:09So,
17:10there is no problem in it.
17:11There is no problem in it.
17:12People have
17:13soap without fragrance,
17:14shampoos,
17:15and
17:16wet tissues,
17:17everything is available.
17:18But,
17:19the need is that
17:20we should go,
17:21we should search also,
17:22we should give it time,
17:23that what is the work,
17:24and then accordingly
17:25we have to work.
17:26I have to do your preparation also.
17:27I will tell you,
17:28and in the state of restlessness,
17:29if hair breaks,
17:30then what will be the order?
17:31When hair breaks,
17:32then what will be the order?
17:33When a person becomes
17:34Haji or Mutamir,
17:35that is,
17:36when he becomes Umriya,
17:37then some things
17:38are prohibited.
17:39One of them is
17:40hair breaking,
17:41self-breaking,
17:42or
17:43getting the hair
17:44shaved,
17:45that is,
17:46shaving.
17:47So,
17:48in this regard,
17:49the problem is that
17:50if someone unintentionally,
17:51that is,
17:52by mistake,
17:53brushing hair,
17:54or
17:55scratching the body,
17:56or rubbing the body,
17:57in this case,
17:58if any of your hair breaks,
17:59then in this case,
18:00you do not have
18:01the right to
18:02shave your hair.
18:03So,
18:04if you
18:05do not have
18:06the right to
18:07shave your hair,
18:08then you
18:09do not have
18:10the right to
18:11shave your hair.
18:12So,
18:13if you
18:14do not have
18:15the right to
18:16shave your hair,
18:17then you
18:18do not have
18:19the right to
18:20shave your hair.
18:21So,
18:22if you
18:23do not have
18:24the right to
18:25shave your hair,
18:26then you
18:27do not have
18:28the right to
18:29shave your hair.
18:30So,
18:31if you
18:32do not
18:33have
18:34the right to
18:35shave your hair,
18:36then you
18:37do not have
18:38the right to
18:39shave your hair.
18:40So,
18:41if you
18:42do not
18:43have
18:44the right to
18:45shave your hair,
18:46then you
18:47do not have
18:48the right to
18:49shave your hair.
18:50So,
18:51if you
18:52do not
18:53have the right to
18:54shave your hair,
18:55then you
18:56do not have
18:57the right to
18:58shave your hair.
18:59But,
19:00if someone
19:01intentionally
19:02does a
19:03very strong
19:04shave,
19:05or
19:06gets his hair
19:07shaved,
19:08then in
19:09this case,
19:10the person
19:11in the state of
19:12Ihram will
19:13definitely
19:14get a
19:15charity
19:16or a
19:17donation.

27:38We
27:39have
27:40come to
27:41And if you use the fragrance one and use it again and again, then you will definitely feel better.
27:48Similarly, when you take a bath in the state of Ahraam, you can remove your Ahraam.
27:53It is absolutely permissible.
27:54And by removing the Ahraam, your intention will not go wrong.
27:57The condition of the Ahraam will not deteriorate.
27:59And it is not necessary for you to wear a new Ahraam after taking a bath.
28:05The Ahraam that you have worn, you can wear it again.
28:09In short, taking a bath in the state of Ahraam is Sunnat-e-Nabawi.
28:14It is a permissible and permissible practice.
28:16Our religion gives preference to cleanliness.
28:19As it has been stated that half of it is faith.
28:21So, on such a big occasion, in such a big gathering, how can it not give preference to cleanliness?
28:26Therefore, those who are pilgrims or those who perform Umrah, they should take a bath.
28:32Either for the cleanliness of your body or for the cleanliness of your body.
28:36If someone has to clean it, if there is dirt on it, or if it is too hot there,
28:40to remove it, you should definitely take a bath.
28:43Just take care that there are no such things involved while taking a bath that smell.
28:47Mashallah, Barakallah.
28:49Huzoor, will you comment on these questions?
28:55I have explained almost everything.
28:57One thing I would like to clarify is that when it comes to fragrance,
29:00that the clothes that are to be used for Ahraam should not have any fragrance.
29:04This means that you have changed it.
29:07If you are in the state of Ahraam and you want to wear a different cloth,
29:11there should not be any fragrance on it.
29:13Otherwise, the clothes that you had worn with the intention of Ahraam,
29:16if there was any fragrance on them before the intention of Ahraam,
29:19then there is no harm in that.
29:21If it is already there and you have not yet done the intention of Ahraam,
29:25before doing the intention of Ahraam, fragrance can be applied on the clothes of Ahraam.
29:30In fact, it is preferable that when the clothes of Ahraam are worn,
29:34then before doing the intention of Ahraam, if someone puts fragrance on it,
29:38there is no harm in that.
29:40But after doing the intention of Ahraam, you cannot put fragrance on it.
29:45Now, when you have to change the clothes in the state of Ahraam,
29:50because you are in the state of Ahraam,
29:52the intention of Ahraam is already there and you are in the state of Ahraam,
29:55so if you will use another cloth with fragrance on it,
29:57it is not right, it is not permissible.
29:59Okay, it is not permissible.
30:01Okay, tell me, a lot has been mentioned about Dham,
30:03so let the sisters be clear, what is Dham?
30:06Dham means blood.
30:09So, some crimes, Jinaayat means a crime.
30:13In Arabic, crime is called Jinaayat.
30:15So, some crimes are such,
30:16some restrictions of Ahraam are such,
30:18that if they are not fulfilled,
30:20then in that case, Dham becomes obligatory.
30:23That is, a small animal,
30:25a small animal with the condition of sacrifice,
30:27small animal means goat, goat, sheep,
30:30sheep, male or female,
30:32the small animals that we sacrifice,
30:34and those with the condition of sacrifice,
30:36either the whole small animal should be sacrificed,
30:38in the eyes of God, within the limits of the Haram,
30:40or a part should be done within a big animal,
30:42a big animal is a cow or a camel,
30:44a part should be done within the limits of the Haram.
30:48So, the person should do it himself,
30:50it is better if he does it himself,
30:51otherwise he should get it done from someone else.
30:53Yes, this Alal-Fawr is not necessary.
30:55It is better that the person commits a crime,
30:57when the Jinaayat is done,
30:58then he fulfills the Dham immediately.
31:00But in this, there is permission to delay.
31:02If someone does not have money at that time,
31:04or if he wants to delay for any other reason,
31:06then he can delay,
31:07but he will not do it within his country,
31:09he has to do it within the limits of the Haram.
31:11So, if he is present in his own country,
31:12and wants to do it there,
31:13then he can make someone his lawyer,
31:15who can do it within the limits of the Haram.
31:17In every Surah, there is no Dham,
31:19in some Surahs, there is Dham,
31:20in some Surahs, there is Badana.
31:22Badana means a big animal,
31:24a cow or a camel,
31:25in some Surahs, that has to be done,
31:27and in some Surahs, there is Sadqa.
31:29Okay Huzoor, thank you very much.
31:31May I include the question of Humaira Bhai?
31:32Yes.
31:33She said that after offering Salat,
31:35one should be free,
31:36and if in the same Surah,
31:37one does the Sajda-e-Tilawat,
31:39i.e. while sitting,
31:40one does the Sajda-e-Tilawat,
31:42can this be done?
31:43For the Sajda-e-Tilawat,
31:45it is not necessary to stand up,
31:46and do the Sajda-e-Tilawat.
31:48It is better,
31:49it is better for a person to stand up,
31:51and say Allahu Akbar,
31:52and do the Sajda-e-Tilawat,
31:53and three times,
31:54say Subhan-ar-Rabbi-il-Ala,
31:55and then get up.
31:57But if someone stands up,
31:58and does not do this,
31:59while sitting,
32:00he says Allahu Akbar,
32:01and goes for the Sajda-e-Tilawat,
32:02or goes,
32:03and she reads,
32:04Subhan-ar-Rabbi-il-Ala,
32:05and says Allahu Akbar,
32:06and gets up,
32:07then the Sajda-e-Tilawat is performed,
32:08there is no harm in this.
32:10While sitting,
32:11the Sajda-e-Tilawat can be done.
32:13And can it be done,
32:14while sitting as well?
32:15It can be done,
32:16while sitting,
32:17more than once.
32:18It is not necessary,
32:19that one Sajda-e-Tilawat,
32:20and more than one Sajda-e-Tilawat,
32:21can be done together.
32:22Fourteen Sajda-e-Tilawat,
32:23can be done together.
32:24While sitting as well?
32:25It can be done,
32:26while sitting as well.
32:27And if someone forgets?
32:28But every time,
32:29Allah Akbar,
32:30will not pass away.
32:31Allah Akbar will say,
32:32before going for the Sajda-e-Tilawat,
32:33and even after getting up,
32:34Allah Akbar will say.
32:35There is no salutation.
32:36If someone forgets,
32:37and misses a lot,
32:38then what can be done?
32:39Make an estimate,
32:40and perform the Sajda-e-Tilawat,
32:41with an estimate.
32:42And estimate a little more,
32:43so that,
32:44all the precautions,
32:45can be done.
32:46Is Wudhu necessary,
32:47for the Sajda-e-Shukr?
32:48For the Sajda-e-Shukr,
32:49Wudhu is necessary,
32:50like the Sajda-e-Tilawat.
32:51This is also,
32:52Ibadat-e-Maqsoodah,
32:53and it is one of those,
32:54Ibadat-e-Maqsoodah,
32:55for which,
32:56purification is a condition.
32:57Without Wudhu,
32:58the Sajda-e-Shukr,
32:59cannot be performed.
33:00So,
33:02if you want to perform,
33:03the Sajda-e-Shukr,
33:04without Wudhu,
33:05then it is a very good thing.
33:06But, if you don't have Wudhu,
33:07then perform Wudhu first,
33:08and perform the Sajda-e-Shukr,
33:09after performing Wudhu.
33:10Because,
33:11Ibadat-e-Maqsoodah,
33:12has its own decorum,
33:13so it should be followed.
33:14If someone says,
33:15that I am performing,
33:16the Sajda-e-Shukr,
33:17without Wudhu.
33:18So, if during the time of Namaz,
33:19you say,
33:20that I am performing Wudhu,
33:21then it is okay,
33:22I am performing the Sajda-e-Shukr,
33:23without Wudhu.
33:24So, like for Namaz,
33:25there is no permission,
33:26to perform the Sajda-e-Tilawat,
33:27without performing Wudhu.
33:28Similarly,
33:29there is no permission,
33:30to perform the Sajda-e-Shukr,
33:31without performing Wudhu.
33:32Okay,
33:33there was a mistake in the Tashahud,
33:34but later on,
33:35I remembered,
33:36that I had recited the Durood,
33:37before.
33:38So, if it is repeated,
33:39again,
33:40then what will be the order?
33:41Because,
33:42this is for the reformation of Namaz,
33:43so it is permitted.
33:44Because,
33:45the Tashahud,
33:46which is to be recited,
33:47for so long,
33:48this Qaad-e-Akhira,
33:49is a must,
33:50and to recite it for so long,
33:52is a must.
33:53So,
33:54if there is a mistake in it,
33:55then for its reformation,
33:56it has to be recited,
33:57again,
33:58and after that,
33:59after reciting the Durood,
34:00after reciting the Dua,
34:01if the Namaz is completed,
34:02then it is permitted.
34:03It is permitted.
