The importance of drinking WATER for BUILDING MUSCLE

Fitness Instructor Russ Howe discusses the importance of drinking enough water each day if you are trying to build muscle size and strength in the gym. Most people consume nowhere near enough water per day, the recommended amount being 8 200ml glasses every 24 hours, instead replacing it with fizzy soda drinks, tea or coffee.

If you are training to build muscle size in the gym, then drinking water becomes even more important for you as your muscles literally call out for extra intake of h2o each day.

Tip: Replace all fizzy drinks with water for one week. Not only will you feel better (an extra spring in your step) but you'll also notice the physical differences, too.
