Fitness Instructor Russ Howe shows the importance of getting a good night's sleep if you are trying to build quality muscle in the gym. Most people completely forget to pack in a decent night of sleep and they blame their lack of muscle growth on more complex reasons, supplements, training routine, dieting, etc... when the truth is sometimes a simple good night's sleep is all you need.

This tip has been proven time and time again. Try to get 8 hours of sleep each night. Not only will you feel great, but you should also see positive returns on that in the gym, too!
