An elderly woman, diagnosed with Crohn's disease cures herself with tree bark.
A woman has proved that sometimes the best remedy for medical problems is nature itself. 72-year-old, Marlene Barnes from Cardiff, United Kingdom claims that she has cured herself of Crohn's disease, by consuming tree bark.
The disease is thought to be incurable and Barnes began experimenting with trees approximately 16 years ago, after being told that bark may be able to help. She began cutting bark of trees from a local park, but she soon began traveling around Europe to experiment with different types of bark.
To this day Barnes takes in roughly 120 ml of bark daily and amazingly her doctor claims that she is now free of Crohn's disease. Barnes simply states “I think these drug companies should be researching what nature has put there for them.”
In another surprising medical news, Claire Osborn, a thirty eight year old mother of six and resident of Coventry, coughed up what turned out to be a complete 2 centimeter cancerous tumor while at home last year. A recent MRI revealed there is no sign of the tumor re-growing and she is completely cancer free.
