今日はパニールを使ってインドと中国の味の組み合わせた料理を紹介します。名前はパニ­ールチリードライです。
材料:
コーンフラワー大さじ2杯
粉大さじ2杯
お塩
お水
パニール
油大さじ1杯
刻んだにんにく大さじ1杯
刻んだ生姜大さじ1杯
斜めに切った緑チリ4本
斜めに切ったピーマン1個
トマトケチャップ大さじ2杯
緑チリーソース大さじ1杯
醤油大さじ2杯
刻んだ青ネギ
Ingredients:
2 tbsp Cornflour
2 tbsp plain Flour
Salt
Water
Paneer
1 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Garlic (chopped)
1 tbsp Ginger (chopped)
4 Green Chillies (cross cut)
1 Capsicum (cross cut)
2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
1 tbsp Green Chilli Sauce
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
Spring Onion Leaves (chopped)

Method:
- Add cornflour, plain flour, salt, water and mix well to make a smooth pouring consistency batter
- Dip the paneer in the batter, coat them well and deep fry them
- Heat some oil in a pan, add garlic, ginger, green chillies, capsicum to it and saute them and stir fry
- Add tomato ketchup, green chilli sauce, soy sauce to the vegetables and mix them well
- Add water and let it boil for about 2 mins
- Add salt, fried paneer pieces to it and cook it for another 2 mins
- At the end add some spring onions leaves and mix well.
