85-سُورة الْبُرُوْج-Al-Burooj-هاني الرفاعي - Hani Al-Rifai;
اللہ کے نام سے شروع جو نہایت مہربان ہمیشہ رحم فرمانے والا ہے
1. برجوں (یعنی کہکشاؤں) والے آسمان کی قَسمo
1. By the heaven with its constellations,
2. اور اس دن کی قَسم جس کا وعدہ کیا گیا ہےo
2. And by the Promised Day,
3. جو (اس دن) حاضر ہوگا اس کی قَسم اور جو کچھ حاضر کیا جائے گا اس کی قَسمo
3. And by the One Who will be Present (that Day) and by what will be brought to the presence,
4. خندقوں والے (لوگ) ہلاک کر دیے گئےo
4. The (people) of the trenches were slain,
5. (یعنی) اس بھڑکتی آگ (والے) جو بڑے ایندھن سے (جلائی گئی) تھیo
5. (The people of) the fierce fire which was (fed) with abundant fuel,
6. جب وہ اس کے کناروں پر بیٹھے تھےo
6. When they sat beside it,
7. اور وہ خود گواہ ہیں جو کچھ وہ اہلِ ایمان کے ساتھ کر رہے تھے (یعنی انہیں آگ میں پھینک پھینک کر جلا رہے تھے)o
7. And they are themselves witnesses to all they did to the believers (i.e., casting them into the fire and burning them).
8. اور انہیں ان (مومنوں) کی طرف سے اور کچھ (بھی) ناگوار نہ تھا سوائے اس کے کہ وہ اللہ پر ایمان لے آئے تھے جو غالب (اور) لائقِ حمد و ثنا ہےo
8. And nothing (of the believers) was annoying them except that they had believed in Allah the Almighty, All-Praiseworthy,
9. جس کے لئے آسمانوں اور زمین کی (ساری) بادشاہت ہے، اور اللہ ہر چیز پر گواہ ہےo
9. To Whom the (entire) kingdom of the heavens and the earth belongs and Allah is Witness over everything.
10. بیشک جن لوگوں نے مومن مردوں اور مومن عورتوں کو اذیت دی پھر توبہ (بھی) نہ کی تو ان کے لئے عذابِ جہنم ہے اور ان کے لئے (بالخصوص) آگ میں جلنے کا عذاب ہےo
10. Indeed, those who persecute the believing men and women and then do not (even) repent, for them is the punishment of Hell, and for them is (especially) the torment of burning in the Fire.
11. بیشک جو لوگ ایمان لائے اور نیک عمل کرتے رہے ان کے لئے جنتیں ہیں جن کے نیچے سے نہریں جاری ہیں، یہی بڑی کامیابی ہےo
11. And indeed, those who believe and keep doing pious deeds, for them are Gardens with streams flowing under them. This is the great victory.
12. بیشک آپ کے رب کی پکڑ بہت سخت ہےo
12. Surely, the seizure of your Lord is most severe.
13. بیشک وہی پہلی بار پیدا فرماتا ہے اور وہی دوبارہ پیدا فرمائے گاo
13. Verily, He creates the first time, and He is the One Who will bring to life the second time.
14. اور وہ بڑا بخشنے والا بہت محبت فرمانے والا ہےo
14. And He is the Most Forgiving, the Most Loving,
15. مالکِ عرش (یعنی پوری کائنات کے تختِ اقتدار کا مالک) بڑی شان والا ہےo
15. The Lord of the Throne (controlling the whole universe) and the Lord of Honour.
16. وہ جو بھی ارادہ فرماتا ہے (اسے) خوب کر دینے والا ہےo
16. He (thoroughly) executes whatever He intends.
17. کیا آپ کے پاس لشکروں کی خبر پہنچی ہےo
17. Has the news of the troops reached you?
18. فرعون اور ثمود (کے لشکروں) کےo
18. The troops of Pharaoh and Thamud?
19. بلکہ ایسے کافر (ہمیشہ حق کو) جھٹلانے میں (ہی کوشاں رہتے) ہیںo
19. But such disbelievers (persistently strive to) belie (the truth).
20. اور اللہ اُن کے گرد و پیش سے (انہیں) گھیرے ہوئے ہےo
21. بلکہ یہ بڑی عظمت والا قرآن ہےo
22. (جو) لوحِ محفوظ میں (لکھا ہو
