Ingredients:-
1 Banana Blossom/Plantain Flower/Banana Flower, cleaned and finely chopped
½ tsp. Cumin seeds
¼ tsp. Turmeric powder
2 onions, finely chopped
1 tbsp. Mix Masala
Salt, to taste
Freshly Grated Coconut
Method:-
- In a bowl add salt to the chopped banana blossom and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- In a kadhai, heat oil and add cumin seeds, turmeric powder, mix masala, salt and mix well.
- Now add the banana blossom and mix well.
- Cover with the lid and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add grated coconut and stir.
- Simmer for 5 more minutes covering with the lid.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
Kelphulachi Bhaji ready to eat!
