Ingredients:-
3 tbsp Oil
3 Garlic, crushed
3 Green Chillies, finely chopped
3 Onions, finely chopped
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
Salt to taste
1 Bunch Red Spinach leaves
1 cup Coconut, grated

Method:-
Heat oil in a vessel, garlic and let it turn slightly red in color.
Add green chillies, onions, turmeric powder and saute the onions.
Add salt, mix well and add red spinach, stir-fry it.
Add coconut, mix well, close the lid and let it cook for 5 minutes.
Our Lalmatachi Bhaji is ready to serve.
