Ingredients:
3-4 tbsp Gram flour
1 tbsp White Sesame seeds
1 tbsp Coriander & Cumin seed powder
1 tsp Sugar
1 tbsp Red Chilli powder
1/2 tbsp Garam Masala powder
Salt
1/2 tbsp Asafoetida
1/2 tbsp Turmeric powder
2-3 tbsp Peanut (Roasted)
Lady finger
4-5 tbsp Oil
1/2 tbsp Cumin seeds
1/2 tbsp Asafoetida
1/2 tbsp Red Chilli powder
1/2 tbsp Garam Masala powder
1/2 tbsp Coriander & Cumin seed powder
1 tbsp Peanut
1/2 tbsp White Sesame seeds
Method of preparation:
In a bowl, add gram flour, sesame seeds, coriander & cumin seed powder, sugar, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, salt, asafoetida, turmeric powder, roasted peanut and mix them well.
Slit the lady fingers and fill the gram flour mixture in it.
Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, asafoetida, lady finger, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, coriander & cumin seed powder, peanut, sesame seeds and mix well.
Close the lid, cover and cook it for 4-5 minutes.
Our Besan Bhindi is ready to plate.
