Ingredients:
1 cup Sorghum Flour
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
1/4 tsp Asafoetida
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 1/2 Dried Fenugreek Leaves
1 tbsp Curd
Salt
Water
Oil
Method: Let's start with taking Sorghum Flour in the bowl then add Red Chilli Powder, Cumin Seeds, Asafoetida, Turmeric Powder, Dried Fenugreek Leaves, Curd and Salt (as per taste). Next, mix it all together properly then add Water slowly part by part, again mix it together and keep adding water in regular intervals. Now add spoon full of batter into the Pan and spread it properly (as shown in the video). Make it thick on Low to Medium Flame, then add Oil fry it till it turn golden color. Next, take out the Dhirde / Pancake into the Plate and your Jwariche Dhirde is ready to serve.
