Ingredients:
(Serves 2)
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic and Green Chillies (Crushed)
- Coriander Leaves
- 2 Onions (Chopped)
- Salt
- 250 gms Cabbage (Chopped)
- 7-8 tbsp Gram Flour
- 1 tsp Mix Masala
- 1/2 cup Water
- Oil for frying pan
Method:
1. Turn on the gas, add oil to it. Once the oil is heated, add crushed ginger-garlic & green Chillies and coriander leaves.
2. After mixing add chopped onions, salt, and finely chopped cabbage.
3. Let the cabbage get cooked properly; later add gram flour, mix masala and water.
4. Keep stirring continuously till the mixture becomes thick. Once it is done, turn off the gas.
5. Take a tray and grease it with oil. Remove the batter from the pan, put it on greased tray and pat well to cool down.
6. In meanwhile heat some oil in a pan to shallow fry the fritters.
7. Once the batter is cooled down, cut it out into fritters.
8. Shallow fry the fritters till they are crispy and golden brown in color.
9. When they are cooked properly, remove it on a plate and serve it.
