00:44 The digital sector is also responsible for this, with over 50 billion PNRR funds that obviously must be spent in a fundamental way.
00:53 For us, at the Young Innovator Business Forum, in the Borsa di Miana in Palazzo Mezzanotte,
00:59 this is a focal point where we are creating this link, this contact, this process and the process of appreciation
01:07 that we hope can lead to an appeal for all Italian innovators, with us on the front lines,
01:12 with the aim of being able to create a synergy, a real pact for Italy,
01:16 in which to focus innovators, institutions and businesses, for development and progress,
01:20 on the one hand, filling the gap with the other member countries,
01:23 and on the other, being able to accelerate the growth path,
01:26 both in terms of internal products and, above all, of the digitalization of the Italian state.
01:30 Our observatory, or even research, in collaboration with Lab 2101,
01:34 really wants to highlight all those that are the mega-trends.
01:37 On the one hand, artificial intelligence represents a great opportunity,
01:42 both in terms of profitability of public administration businesses,
01:46 but also in terms of the development of new skills for the creation of new professions in the future.
01:50 But at the same time, it is also important to maintain the concept of ethics,
01:53 with the aim of giving input to safeguard the well-being of this technological progress.
01:59 And, obviously, young people are increasingly prone to embrace the digital context,
02:04 but more than 75% of our population feels challenged
02:08 on the issues of brain leak, a phenomenon that must be disincentivized,
02:13 or the so-called number of "neet", that is, young people who do not study and do not work,
02:16 which in Italy are more than 1.6 million.
02:18 So, it is from these data that we must try to support future generations,
02:22 by giving incentives and putting them in a position to believe in their future
02:26 and to value their growth path.
02:28 And we would like, in particular, to thank the offices of the European Parliament in Italy,
02:33 the European Commission in Italy,
02:35 and all those important partners, from the city of Milan to the CNEL,
02:39 to the CNR, to the UN and, of course, to the National Research Council,
02:43 who are here every time to make their important contribution and testimony,
02:47 and all those great international Italian groups in the world of companies
02:51 that made this important meeting possible,
02:53 and to the representation of this extraordinary platform,
02:56 Community, which also represents with more than 5,000 innovators and stakeholders
03:00 throughout our ecosystem in the country.
