00:20 But we treat those very seriously and those are sensitive matters.
00:26 So we wanna make great decisions.
00:27 And but we also wanna give us on and everybody some due process and
00:33 then allow for all the facts to come out.
00:35 >> Is it awkward at all to have that hovering over a guy while he's out working?
00:41 >> I don't know if awkward is the right word.
00:46 I think that it's, you spend a lot of time with these guys and
00:52 then there's a certain level of trust that you try to build over the course of time.
00:58 And I wouldn't say that awkward is it.
01:04 And I'll be, we'll all make the right decision at the correct time.
01:10 But right now is not the time to do that.
