00:00 >> Yeah, I think there's an element of explosiveness of speed that we can add
00:04 that would help us.
00:05 This is a really fun class of players really from the top part of the class all
00:10 the way down to the bottom.
00:11 There's gonna be good receivers I think you'll find that that'll come off the
00:15 board the second, third and fourth rounds that I think will be a contributor for
00:19 some teams.
00:20 So it's a deep class.
00:21 There's really a lot of variations of player.
00:24 There's guys that are good with the ball in their hands.
00:26 There's guys that are really fast.
00:28 There's guys that are big and strong.
00:29 So there's a good mix of talent that fits and
00:31 when you're building the receiver room, you're trying to collect a little bit of
00:35 all of those things and so it's a fun class to evaluate and
00:38 hopefully we can find a couple guys that fit us.
00:40 >> When you talked about how the scouts have had with the new offensive velocity,
00:45 the scouts that kind of had to go back and take a different look at guys and
00:50 maybe looking for something a little different to fit what's going on now.
00:54 How much can you as the coaches have input into that in terms of what you're
00:58 telling them what you're looking for?
00:59 >> It's a huge part of the process in educating what we're looking for and
01:03 I think Ran might have mentioned it.
01:05 I've mentioned it once or twice before, but when you set up these position
01:08 criterias and you set up these profile tapes of what you're looking for,
01:12 it gives those guys a clear vision into what they are out scouting for.
01:17 So when they're on the road, when our pro scouts are looking at free agents,
01:20 it gives everybody a pretty clear avenue of what we're looking for.
01:24 And I think that that's our job as coaches is to help inform that and
01:28 then it's their job as evaluators to evaluate it.
01:31 And there's gonna be times where we love a guy and
01:35 maybe the evaluation side feels a little differently.
01:37 And so our job is always gonna be to make sure we have those conversations and
01:40 determine which player fits us best.
01:42 But our job as coaches is to point them in the right direction.
