00:00 way form and there's a lot of room to grow there and excited to get back to work and
00:05 be ready to go next week.
00:06 >> A couple of those throws to Hopkins, they ended up getting intercepted.
00:09 Was it a matter of like not being able to step into the throw or what happened?
00:14 >> I'm not gonna get into all the interceptions and what caused them all.
00:18 But at the end of the day, you gotta clean them up and eliminate them.
00:21 >> What do you say to guys when you're coming back to the sideline after those
00:24 plays or regrouping on the sideline before you go back out after the turnover?
00:29 >> Yeah, we just gotta reset.
00:30 I think we did a good job of that at points in the game of resetting,
00:33 coming back out, putting another drive together.
00:34 Did some good things, but ultimately gotta finish the drives that we move it down in
00:40 the red zone, gotta finish with touchdowns and
00:42 then eliminate the turnovers and we'll be in good shape.
00:44 >> Are you talking about not playing with more decision making or
00:46 just missing throws with the right decision that were more frustrating to you?
00:51 >> What do you mean?
00:51 >> Well, in other words, you said you wanna play better.
00:52 I'm just saying, is it decision making or just missing throws more?
00:57 I mean, all around, there's certain areas where throw,
01:02 I had a couple open guys and missed them, right?
01:04 And that's something obviously I wanna get cleaned up and
01:07 then just being in tune with everything that's going on.
01:11 And what we're trying to do offensively,
01:12 being on the same page with the receivers is crucial.
01:14 And excited that it's just week one and
01:18 we have a lot of time to get this thing cleaned up and ready to roll for week two.
01:22 >> You guys have struggled in week one before and been able to bounce back.
01:27 Do you still have the same level of confidence?
01:28 >> Yeah, no question.
01:29 I think, like I said, it wasn't all bad.
01:33 Obviously, there's a lot that I need to get cleaned up a lot offensively that we
01:36 need to get cleaned up.
01:37 But there was some good things in there too and
01:39 exciting points that we can build on.
01:41 We battled, we kept ourselves in the game.
01:45 Obviously, it wasn't pretty, but we kept ourselves in the game right up until
01:47 the very end.
01:47 Thought we were gonna get a shot to go down and win it in two minutes.
01:51 Obviously, it didn't happen.
01:51 But yeah, I'm excited to build on the good things we did,
01:56 clean up the stuff that needs to get cleaned up and be ready to roll next week.
01:59 >> Did the success of that pass rush speed you up at all as the game went on?
02:04 >> It did a good job of rushing the passer at points in the game.
02:06 Like I mentioned, they had to have a good front.
02:08 We knew that coming in.
02:09 They did a good job running some games and twists early on.
02:13 And we knew that was gonna be the case coming in.
02:15 And also at points, there was great protection.
02:19 So ultimately, there's some good things in there and
02:22 some things we gotta get cleaned up.
02:23 Thanks, Ted.
02:24 >> Thank you.
02:25 Appreciate it.
