00:52 through the end of the child support hearing

00:53 were in excess of $850,000,

00:56 but he's provided zero information

00:58 as to how much Kevin has spent on fees and costs

02:38 in fees and costs through the end of July.

02:44 Baumgartner's lawyers declared.

02:46 If there is to be any semblance

02:47 of a level playing field in this case,

02:49 Kevin should be ordered by the court

02:51 to pay Christine's past and future fees
