00:26 Clarkson explained to fans during a live stream,

00:29 I have two kids, two dogs, three rabbits,

00:32 a hamster, multiple jobs.

00:33 There's a lot going on.

00:35 And you know, you think you're going to spend

00:37 the rest of your life with somebody, and you don't.

00:39 That's hard to start over.

00:40 Since she released her latest album, "Chemistry,"

00:43 many fans have speculated most of the album

00:45 is about Blackstock since Clarkson's divorce

00:47 from her ex-husband was finalized last year.

00:50 The album notably chronicles the ups and downs

00:52 of a past relationship.

00:53 When a fan asked Clarkson what keeps her moving forward

00:56 with her life, Clarkson replied,

00:58 In all honestly, I think it's just happiness

01:00 and really making sure you're surrounding yourself

01:02 with people that, you know, you share similar things.

01:05 The American Idol alum added,

01:06 Obviously people that progress you as well as a human,

01:09 but I think it's more about happiness.

01:12 If it doesn't make you happy, stop doing it.

01:17 She also said that her new surroundings

01:19 in New York City helped her move on.
