00:00 what we feel like he can be.
00:02 >> And what goes into your own self evaluation of what you've done in regards
00:07 to play going to the first three weeks?
00:09 >> Yeah, no, always evaluating it.
00:14 Don't sleep a whole lot after it, especially after a game like that,
00:18 cuz you're always constantly, what could I have done better?
00:21 What could I have done differently?
00:23 So good or bad, I think you're always in the mode of being able to go and
00:26 evaluate what you're asking your players to do.
00:30 So yeah, again, like we talked about,
00:34 just gotta find a way to get them into a rhythm quicker.
00:36 >> In regards to Andre, in this particular, it's like the numbers and
00:40 kind of the eye test we've seen, he's kind of struggling against the pass.
00:43 But are you seeing signs that he's learning as he's going along,
00:47 that he's making some improvements?
00:50 >> Sure, yeah, I mean, like I said, you go and you watch the tape and
00:55 there's times where he's singled up on arguably one of the best pass rushers
00:58 in the NFL and he's blocking them, he's doing a good job.
01:00 So it's just, again, finding that, okay, look,
01:03 here's the techniques that we're teaching, that you're using.
01:06 And when we do it consistently, you're pretty effective.
01:10 In terms of athleticism and
01:11 his ability to be able to match him here on the edge, it's up there.
01:17 So just being able to continue to trust the techniques and
01:20 trusting his ability to be able to go out there and execute.
01:22 Cuz when he does, it looks pretty good.
01:24 >> Thank you, sir.
01:24 - Thank you. - Thank you, Tim.
