The Tennessee Titans lost to the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday, falling 23-16 at Lucas Oil Stadium. Coach Mike Vrabel met with the media afterward, and talked about all the things that went wrong, including an inability to stop the run and get off the field on third down. They also struggled to score touchdowns in the red zone. Here's video of his postgame press conference.

00:00 >> Red zone issues kind of came back to haunt you at the end of this one.
00:04 >> Well, I think that certainly that's a part of it,
00:09 our ability to score touchdowns down there.
00:12 >> But it's much more than that, and we're probably better on defense, and
00:17 we have to be able to run a football and
00:20 do the things that we've done around here that we know is gonna help us win.
00:25 Red zone offense is something that has been a factor in helping us win,
00:31 but just there were some other things as well.
00:34 >> How disappointed are you in the run defense?
00:35 That's usually a statement, what you guys hang your hat on.
00:38 >> Disappointed that we lost, and for all the factors that we lost.
00:43 That's my number one, just disappointed that we lost.
00:45 And we'll have to come back next week and get some of those things fixed.
00:50 But nothing, short yardage run, got out of there.
00:57 And had some other opportunity to get off the field, going third down.
01:01 But when it seemed like when they needed to run the football,
01:06 they were able to, so certainly frustrated.
01:11 >> No, it's never about one player, but
01:12 was there any thought of potentially pulling Christian Colton in there?
01:16 >> Yeah, there was thought about Christian the challenge,
01:19 do a job and the double move is one thing.
01:23 I mean, double move them and coach them even at halftime.
01:27 I said, double move you, try to make sure that you're square and
01:30 that's how we can play it.
01:33 And the referee thought he slid over late, but
01:36 we just gotta make sure we keep our eyes on our man and
01:42 not in the backfield, man coverage.
01:46 It's, we're not gonna intercept the football in man coverage.
01:49 Job in man coverage is not let our guy catch the ball and
01:53 if the ball gets tipped, then the post safety is gonna probably intercept it.
01:57 But we can't go looking for interceptions in man coverage,
02:01 you just gotta be in the backfield.
