Tennessee rookie quarterback Will Levis met with the media on Wednesday as the Titans returned from their bye week and continued preparations for Sunday's game with the Atlanta Falcons. Levis hasn't played yet this season, but with Ryan Tannehill doubtful with an ankle injury, Levis could make his debut.

00:00 now, what you've done in practice?
00:02 >> Just comfort, just getting used to this team, getting used to playing in this
00:05 league and everything that comes with it.
00:07 And just with every practice rep that I get, whether it was on the show team or
00:11 with the ones, I'm trying to get the most out of it.
00:13 And I think that just all the refs are real powerful.
00:15 Still got a long way to go, but I can definitely improve this time.
00:18 >> Some rookies come in and play right away, right?
00:19 You've been able to kind of sit behind Ryan and learn.
00:22 Has that been beneficial to have a guy like him, a veteran in the business,
00:25 that you've been able to take it up from?
00:27 >> 100%, 100%.
00:28 I mean, Ryan's been very involved in the meetings.
00:30 I know he doesn't know if he's playing yet.
00:32 So I mean, he's also getting us ready for if our names are called.
00:36 And I mean, he's been incredible to learn from, and
00:39 his experience goes a long way.
00:40 And could have been with the team and played right away,
00:46 could have not played until a point like whenever.
00:49 But like I said, the preparation stays the same.
00:51 I'm glad that Ryan's been along to help with that preparation.
00:53 >> From a stand point,
00:55 does it feel anything you were dealing with back in August feel like it's good now?
00:58 >> I feel good, yeah.
00:59 I'm ready to go.
01:00 >> What's it been like getting to work with the team, the trainer,
01:03 the guys who are at the top of the temperature, the fourth and
01:06 fourth row, and getting used to this?
01:07 >> Yeah, it's been good.
01:08 I mean, having to step up and
01:11 just have some more of those conversations about kind of what we're expecting from
01:14 each other and the reps we're getting from each other are very valuable.
01:17 And just looking forward to making the most of them so
01:20 that they can pay off in the next months and have more attendance.
01:23 >> What are you seeing as you prepare for the fall offense and
01:26 the fall, what the challenge is?
01:28 >> I mean, they're a good solid team.
01:29 I mean, we have a good idea of what they've shown so far, but
01:33 also maybe some things that they haven't shown that we might have to be ready for.
01:36 So I mean, that's the end of the game.
01:39 Not sticking 100% to the script and not being thrown off when things go awry.
01:43 We're tearing our tails off.
01:45 It's nice to have actually a week of preparation with the bye week.
01:48 I guess that helps.
01:50 But I mean, it's good defense, good team.
01:52 I know we've got ties and all their staff and stuff.
01:55 So we've kept the conversations with them,
01:57 at least the guys that know you know more than them to a minimum this week.
02:00 So, but excited to go out there and play a good game.
02:03 >> How much progress do you think you've made since you got here with decision
02:07 making and accuracy?
02:08 >> 17%.
02:08 >> Yeah.
02:09 >> [LAUGH] >> A little bit.
02:13 Enough to make me feel confident to go out there and play.
02:15 >> What do you think the nerves will be like?
02:17 [INAUDIBLE]
02:19 >> Yeah, I mean, there's nerves every game, whether you're throwing the depth
02:22 chart or whatever, but I mean, you just gotta rely on your preparation and
02:27 fall back and trust in your eyes and what you see.
02:29 And once that first play happens, the nerves go away and
02:32 you're just playing football.
02:33 >> Do you look at Stroud and Richardson and
02:36 the guys you got to know in the draft process and see what they're doing?
02:39 >> Well, I mean, it's just from the teams we've prepped on,
02:42 seeing some tape on both of them, obviously.
02:43 So, I mean, it's great to see them doing good things.
02:46 And I mean, I wish them the best except in the playoffs.
02:49 >> You guys don't have any kind of group chat taken back again, or
02:51 where you've kind of stayed in touch?
02:53 >> Not a group chat, no.
02:55 Same question here and there, but yeah, not particularly talking every day.
03:00 >> Will knowing that you haven't gotten to show yourself to this point,
03:04 what has helped you the most in terms of just staying patient and
03:07 knowing that you're playing?
03:09 >> Just trusting that and knowing that my time was going to come and
03:14 keeping the right mindset throughout that process.
03:16 It can be hard and can be discouraging at times, but it's test the character and
03:21 just hoping that that has helped me to be ready for when it is called.
03:27 >> When you're not getting- >> One more.
03:27 >> I'm gonna cut it.
