00:22 Because it has fruits, vegetables, natural sweetness

00:35 So we are going to add fruits and vegetables
00:40 So fruits we will add is banana which is actually an anti-depressant
00:45 Because if you are feeling low or depressed or low in energy
00:50 Then you should eat banana
00:52 Along with that we will add papaya which is very good in fiber
00:56 Keeps the stomach clean, keeps the mind cool and it has carotene
01:01 Cucumber which is a vegetable and it covers dehydration
01:06 And in itself gives you a lot of fiber and it is very good for health

01:15 You can use this raw also
01:17 I have boiled it because raw beetroot is a little spicy which everyone doesn't like
