00:00 It's tough to lose the game on final possession.
00:03 I thought that we played as well defensively as we have in a while.
00:08 And we'd like that effort to be rewarded with a win,
00:13 but that wasn't the case, so.
00:16 [BLANK_AUDIO]
00:19 >> But when it comes to clutch games as this, just what is the difficulty with
00:24 executing on the offensive end as of, I mean, you mentioned defense, but
00:27 on the offensive end?
00:29 >> Yeah, I mean, it's always hard to score at the end of the game.
00:32 I mean, Trey hit a step back three.
00:34 Clint got, should have been an and one.
00:37 He got a dunk.
00:39 So I didn't really, we'll watch the tape.
00:42 And I thought that our previous game we didn't execute the last five
00:46 minutes of the game.
00:47 I don't know that that was the case tonight.
00:49 Someone making a shot and not getting a call.
00:55 It's hard to pin that on execution when you got the ball.
00:58 In the players hands you wanted in, and
01:00 debate the last possession, but looked to me like he got pushed.
01:07 But our execution I think on both ends, I thought we executed defensively.
01:14 Bridges went right.
01:16 He's talked about it before the game, he's 6'9", he's 3'0".
01:19 I thought I'd play great defense.
01:20 So it comes down to that sometimes.
01:23 [BLANK_AUDIO]
01:27 >> For Bogie and Sadiq, there's their consistent play.
01:29 You know, the three point shoot,
01:31 you can just talk about that mental shift they had to make to stay in the game.
01:34 >> Yeah, that's what those two guys can do.
01:40 Sadiq's been really aggressive from three, and
01:42 Bogie's been doing that the whole year.
01:43 I really like Sadiq shooting the ball.
01:47 I think he can shoot to test the threes.
01:52 And there's gonna be nights they go in, and
01:54 there's gonna be other nights they don't early and keep shooting.
01:57 They both done a good job of that for us and did tonight.
02:00 >> Warren?
02:02 >> You just mentioned a moment ago that you thought the defense was better.
02:08 What were some of the specifics that you thought improved in this game compared to
02:11 a couple of the last ones?
02:12 >> We got back better.
02:14 We communicated in pick and roll better.
02:18 When we got late switches when we needed to, our shifts were better.
02:22 And I thought we did a much better job staying in front of the ball.
02:24 A lot of little things, you're always gonna have some plays where you don't
02:29 actually keep away you want to, but I think the percentage of time that we did,
02:33 gave up a bunch of three point shots early in the game and
02:37 then we did a really good job.
02:39 They shoot a lot of threes obviously and we wanted to limit their attempts and
02:43 we were able to do that after we kinda got adjusted to some of their size and
02:47 their shooters.
02:48 So our execution was better throughout the course of the game.
02:52 >> Thank you, sir.
