00:04 >> Trey, when you guys fight the way that you guys did all the way to the end and
00:08 maybe the result doesn't go the way that you wanted,
00:11 particularly with potential no calls, how do you move forward from this?
00:15 >> Man, I mean, I've played a lot of games in this league so far and
00:20 I understand that it's just one game.
00:22 And you gotta try to flush it as terrible as it, any result as it is,
00:28 you just gotta flush it and try to, I mean, learn from the things you made mistakes on
00:32 and try to be better from them, but move on.
00:34 We got a game in two days, so you can't dwindle on it too long.
00:38 >> Speaking on the mental shift it takes, because the three point shooting wasn't
00:43 falling the first half of you guys, you guys kept shooting it out and
00:46 eventually some shots falls.
00:47 The conversation between y'all.
00:49 >> I mean, we don't have too much conversation about it.
00:52 We know we need to, Q wants us to shoot threes and
00:56 get up good threes as much as we can.
00:58 And so we know we're gonna shoot threes and guys wanna live with guys shooting
01:02 threes and missing and making some.
01:04 So we just all try to encourage each other throughout the whole game just to
01:08 continue to shoot it.
01:09 Last time we played them, we shot 40 something threes.
01:11 I don't know how many we shot tonight.
01:12 I mean, 35, I mean, there's still a lot of threes.
01:17 But I mean, we just wanna continue to shoot them and get us some shots for sure.
01:23 >> They go seven for ten in the first 13 minutes or so and
01:27 then you guys hold it to four of 17 the rest of the way.
01:29 Just what worked for you guys defensively to take the three point shot away from
01:33 that?
01:33 >> We knew, I mean, coming in, they like to shoot a lot of threes and
01:37 we knew we needed to take those away and they obviously got going early on.
01:42 It was a fight, but I think we played really good defense and
01:45 not letting them score too many twos early on.
01:50 And then taking away the three allowed us to get out in transition when we got
01:55 stops and things like that.
01:56 So yeah, it's tough,
01:59 you don't get to see a better result for the way we played defense tonight.
02:03 >> Traeger, mentioning the defense that you guys played tonight,
02:07 Coach Quinn spoke on that as well,
02:08 saying how happy he was with the defensive effort that he's seen from you guys.
02:12 Of course, we know when it comes to scoring the ball,
02:14 you guys are one of the best teams in the NBA.
02:17 What do you think it's gonna take consistently to see that type of
02:19 defensive effort that we've seen tonight, despite the loss?
02:22 >> I mean, it's just attention to detail and
02:26 making sure you know who's on the court, who's who and what they can do.
02:33 A lot of this game is mental, man.
02:35 It's not necessarily all physical.
02:38 I mean, I'm a small guy out there and I can hold my own for a reason.
02:41 I feel like a lot of this is just mental and
02:45 just knowing your assignment, knowing where to be, knowing what guys like to do.
02:49 And then just thinking when you're on the court, not just out there just playing,
02:53 just out there just playing, having fun.
02:55 It's like every possession got a matter and it gotta mean something to you.
03:00 So I feel like we'll get to that point and we'll learn from it and
03:05 get better from it.
03:05 >> All right, thank you.
