00:00 Preparing for the bowl game this year compared to last year, how much different is it?
00:03 It was a lot different, honestly.
00:06 Coaches took care of us a lot.
00:07 I think we did a lot more conditioning and weight lifting rather than football activity.
00:13 The way the schedule was, it was set up perfectly for us to recover from the season and just
00:19 get our body, get back strong, get back to our fullest strength and speed.
00:24 We worked on different type of agility drills and things like that.
00:27 We worked on a lot of football too, but that was our main focus, to be able to just get
00:30 our feet back under us and feel good while we're doing it.
00:33 So when we would go to practice, practice would be way better than the first few weeks
00:37 of fall camp.
00:40 I think our coaches really took a lot of good care of us.
00:42 They made sure we recovered.
00:43 We got a lot of sleep, man.
00:45 We lifted a lot of weights.
00:48 We did it right, for sure.
00:49 We did it right.
00:50 Last year, I think, because it was the first bowl game in however many years, I was 14,
00:54 I think.
00:55 So we really had to try to push to be locked in, take it to a new level because we haven't
01:02 been there before.
01:03 And this year, we understand what it takes so we don't have to go overboard and kill
01:09 ourselves to be able to get what we need done.
01:13 We're way more mature, so we're able to do less time, but during that time, do better
01:18 work.
01:19 So that's really how most of it went.
01:21 Awesome.
01:22 Thank you.
