00:08 Today's recipe is a very healthy recipe which is Lauki ki Sabzi.
00:13 There is nothing unhealthy about this.
00:16 It is called bottle gourd, ghee ki sabzi or milk ki sabzi.
00:24 I don't like any of these but I have to eat it because when I eat this I get my favourite potato paratha.
00:35 Otherwise, yeah.
00:38 So today's recipe is bottle gourd which we can serve with parathas or rice.
00:43 And it is of course very healthy.

00:57 To make bottle gourd sabzi we have taken 300 grams of bottle gourd.
01:03 We have peeled off the skin and cut it into small pieces.

01:17 We have turned on the gas.
01:19 We will put 3 tablespoons of oil in the pan.
01:22 Oil is heated.
01:25 Now we will put the pieces of bottle gourd which we have cut.
01:29 We will mix it and fry it for 5 minutes on medium flame.

01:52 We will cover it.
01:54 After 5 minutes we will open the lid and mix it once.
02:08 Then we will cover it and cook it again.

02:21 We have added 2 tomatoes in it.
02:23 We will cover it and let it cook with tomatoes.
02:31 After 5 minutes we have removed the lid.
02:40 We will put 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric.
02:42 1 teaspoon of red chilli powder.
02:47 Salt as per taste.
02:49 Mix it.
02:51 We will cover it and cook it for 2 minutes.
03:02 2 minutes have passed.
03:04 Remove the lid.
03:08 We will put finely chopped coriander in it.
03:11 Our simple bottle gourd dish is ready.
03:17 We will turn off the gas and serve it in a bowl.
03:20 Our simple bottle gourd dish is ready.
03:25 It tastes very good with roti, naan and parathas.
