00:00Hello, good afternoon. Another bright day for many of us still feeling warm out there,
00:05but there is some rain due this evening and we'll see some further rain over the weekend
00:10as well. You can see that on the satellite picture from this morning. We've got a thicker
00:13band of cloud moving into parts of Northern Ireland and into Western Scotland. That's
00:18a weather front pushing in from the west and it will turn a bit cloudier ahead of this
00:22weather front into parts of Wales, southwestern areas of England through the rest of this
00:27afternoon as that band of rain approaches from the west. Now, ahead of that across many
00:31eastern areas of England, Wales and Scotland, it will stay dry and bright through much of
00:37the day. There's going to be a little bit more in the way of cloud around compared to
00:40yesterday, but it's still going to be feeling pretty warm out there. We could see highs
00:44of 25 degrees and the best of sunshine in the southeast, but temperatures climbing into
00:49the low 20s all the way up to eastern areas of Scotland as well. So very warm day in the
00:54east, but a little bit fresher in the west as this cloud and rain approaches for this
01:00evening. It will turn fairly humid as well as a lot of cloud with this band, so it will
01:04turn quite dull as well. Now, the rain's not going to be particularly heavy, but it's certainly
01:08going to be noticeable, particularly compared to the sunshine we've had over the past few
01:12days. So cloudier evening to come with some rain and then a cloudier night for much of
01:18England and Wales. Skies will turn a little bit clearer, though, across the far north
01:22and west, so it will be a brighter start for Northern Ireland and northern areas of
01:26Scotland. It will turn a bit fresher here, loads of around three or five degrees in parts
01:31of Northern Ireland. But for many of us, a fairly mild night to come, similar to last
01:36night, in fact. Now, tomorrow morning, still a lot of cloud around from that weather front
01:39across parts of England and Wales, and that will brighten up, lift up through the day.
01:44But it could lead to the risk of the odd shower, particularly across eastern areas of England.
01:48But I think it will stay relatively dry for most of us. The next weather front, though,
01:53is approaching from the west, so more cloud approaching for Northern Ireland and Scotland
01:57after that brighter start. And it will turn a little bit fresher over these areas once
02:03again as well. Temperatures around 18, 17 degrees in the northwest, still into the lower
02:0820s for many central and eastern areas. We could still see temperatures around 24, 25
02:13degrees in the best of the sunshine once it does brighten up later on in the day. Now,
02:18the skies will turn cloudy once again through Saturday evening from the west. Not quite
02:22as wet as Friday evening, but a lot of cloud around once again with the best of the sunshine
02:28through the evening across central and eastern areas. Now, through the rest of the weekend,
02:32looking ahead to Sunday, that weather front approaches move slowly eastwards, but high
02:36pressure is building in from the south as well as the heat. So by the time we get to
02:40Monday, temperatures will start to climb again and it will be widely sunny and warm day across
02:46the UK. So keep up to date with all the details over this weekend and you can do that by subscribing
