00:23steak tip and mushrooms.
00:24Now, I don't like mushrooms.
00:27And I also found this other recipe
00:29for steak bites and potatoes.
00:32So I'm going to take these recipes
00:35and smash them together.
00:37Yes, that's right.
00:39So inspired by Elizabeth Groom's idea for steak tips
00:44in the air fryer, I'm going to make steak tips and potatoes
00:48in the air fryer.
00:49So we're going to start off by cutting up some potatoes.
00:53Of course, potatoes have to cook longer,
00:55so we have to put them into the air fryer first.
00:58So let's chop up some potatoes.
01:00Chop up the potatoes, taters, taters.

01:35about a teaspoon and a half of olive oil.

07:39We're also going to use a little bit of this Worcestershire sauce.

08:28Now we're going to mix it all together.

08:36Get the steak to absorb all of those ingredients and spices.

08:55we're going to add our steak into the air fryer.
09:00Mix it around a little bit so they kind of, like, even out.

09:07And we're going to try to make this medium rare.
09:10So we're going to cook it for about 6 minutes at 400.
09:13And we'll see how it looks.
