00:32and leaving their homes after witnessing violent scenes at the property, noise nuisance from
00:37loud music and shouting and drug users frequenting the house day and night.
00:43A new business centre offering office spaces is now open in the heart of Chesterfield.

00:57The property has 24 hour access and benefits from both internal and external CCTV.
01:04In total the building has undergone a transformation thought to cost around £800,000.
