00:00It is possible that the delivery of mirror systems of automated counting machines that will be used in the 2025 midterm elections will be completed in November.

00:14Comalec has announced that the machines that will be used in the elections will be complete and in order.

00:21Louisa Erispe is the center of the news.

00:25Erispe was appointed by the Commission of Elections to oversee the delivery of automated counting machines in the Philippines from South Korea.

00:35It was sent one by one for testing so that the machines can be used in the 2025 midterm elections.

00:44From logos, serial numbers, batteries and even audio, everything was checked by Comalec one by one.

00:53For automated counting machines, Comalec chairman George Erwin Garcia said, of the 27,500 that were delivered in the Philippines, 856 passed the hardware test.

01:05There were four parts that had problems when it comes to audio, but it was fixed immediately.

01:12But if not, Comalec said, they will replace the machines that will have problems.

01:20Aside from all the machines that passed the hardware test, five percent passed the stress test, where the machines will be tested to see if they can contain thousands of packets.

01:35This was done before Comalec and Mirro signed the contract, but it needs to be done again to ensure the quality of the machines delivered in the Philippines.

01:44Comalec also said that in the elections, if a machine went wrong, there will be a discussion of repair hubs in different parts of the Philippines.

01:54The PPCRV considered Comalec's warehouse and quality control for the new machines.

02:01Comalec also said that Mirro's work on automated counting machines is fast.

02:08As a matter of fact, the machines will be delivered earlier and it is possible that it will be done by November.

02:15Meanwhile, Aljo, 2,000 satellite fish arrived in the country from the target of 7,000.

02:24This is included in the contract that will be used in the transmission service in the election.

02:30Aljo, I would like to mention that Comalec Chairman George Erwin Garcia has just reported a case of misrepresentation of complaints against Mayor Alex Wu of Comalec.

02:44Comalec said that his camp has been counter-activated and he's hoping that we can get a copy. It won't be until later.

03:10But just a while ago, the DOJ issued a resolution for the signings of minglemen in Lucky's House 99 in Pogo Hub in Porac, Pampanga.

03:21It is now under the jurisdiction of the Department of Justice.
