01:31do it here in Lebanon now.

01:33A criminal policy that has been developed with the support, and we have to denounce

01:40it, of the government of the United States of America, the complexity and support of

01:47the European Union, who seem to be in an aggressive career to exterminate the population.

02:02We cannot tolerate this, humanity cannot tolerate a single dead more, nor another bomb

02:11falling over children, women, more than 41,000 dead in Gaza, now thousands of deaths in Lebanon.

02:27They came from a war in Syria, and the sovereignty of a fellow country, as the Republic of Iran,

02:39was intervened.

02:40Mr. Netanyahu goes to the United Nations, an entity created to promote peace and understanding

02:48among nations, to threaten the world with a war in the whole region.

03:17It seems that we have a new Hitler with Mr. Netanyahu, armed and protected as Hitler was

03:33political key in a region filled with natural resources and take over them.

03:42And they tried to do the same in Venezuela.

03:45Let's remember that it is the Zionist regime and the North American imperialism, the ones

03:51behind the aggressions against the Bolivarian Republic.

03:54In this period, we have gathered today the ambassadors, business people, and the community,

04:00the Arab community and person community in Venezuela, as well as Muslim community, seeing

04:09how to apply the instructions provided to us by President Nicolás Maduro Moro yesterday

04:15after a meeting with the ambassador of Lebanon in Venezuela, where it was instructed to create

04:25a great international bracket against humanitarian to address the necessities and reduce the

04:40effects of these actions that are not war actions, but extermination actions.

04:45And these people are the same Venezuelan people.

04:48We have in Venezuela more than a million members of the Arab community, the Muslim community,

04:56and the Christian community living in Venezuela.

04:59And they are our brothers and sisters, our family.

05:02We have a Venezuelan community in Lebanon as well.

05:05It is very important that we need to take care of it, and it is being attacked.

05:10And the President was very clear and emphatic in the instructions he provided to us to create

05:15this bracket of humanitarian support and logistic support to mitigate these consequences.

05:22But we also have got the instruction to create a great world front to denounce and condemn

05:29this massacre, to allow the utilization of all the resources available in diplomacy and

05:37world politics to stop this regime.

05:40This regime won't be stopped in other ways, but global mobilization, as we have seen great

05:49mobilizations in Europe, the United States, Latin America, popular mobilizations in Middle

05:54East, Asia, in favor of the Palestinian people, that strength has to be part of the diplomacy

06:02and the politics to condemn the regimes and their perpetrators pay for their crimes.

06:09So today we have agreed precisely the implementation of this workboard so that in the next day

06:17we start with concrete actions to address this humanitarian emergency on one hand and

06:27on the other hand to advance in the diplomatic path and to stop the Nazi regime, that is
