08:58The official festivity in San Salvador will take place in Gerardo Barrio Square in front
09:01of the National Palace.
09:02At the same time, Guatemala joins the festivity with the traditional lighting of torches to
09:06illuminate the city squares.
09:08Costa Rica is holding civic events, including workshops, concerts, and parades.

12:48The Palestinian government called on the international community to increase humanitarian aid to
12:52protect 2 million civilian refugees in Gaza after the arrival of winter.
12:57According to the Palestinian Authority, some 100,000 of the 135,000 tents sheltering these
13:01people need immediate replacement because they are very worn out.
13:05These tents are made of wood, nylon and cloth, and have lost their strength due to the heat
13:10of the sun and the weather conditions in the Gaza Strip and the constant attacks by Israeli
13:14troops.
13:15The Palestinian government media office warned that the territory is on the brink of a humanitarian
13:19catastrophe due to the onset of winter and the difficult weather conditions, and urged
13:24the world, and especially Arab countries, to provide tents to the people of Gaza.
13:34And also in Palestine, the Israeli troops have attacked a second school in Gaza in less
13:38than 48 hours.
13:40Israel bombed the martyrs of Al-Saytoum school, killing five people, including two children.
13:45Israel previously had attacked the Arqam school in the northwest of the Gaza Strip, where
13:48another five civilians were killed.
13:50The operation continues in the vicinity of another school in Shuhaiya, where 11 people
