00:27I want to give the floor to our ambassador, Iranian ambassador to Venezuela.

00:49In the name of God, mercy to the Lebanese people, my dear foreign minister and all officials,

01:00good afternoon.

01:01My colleagues, ambassadors, and all present here, good afternoon to all of you.

01:08First of all, I would like to express our deepening gratitude to the Venezuelan brother

01:21people that not only in words but also in actions and in practice has always been side

01:29by side in the fight of the sovereignty of the countries and the right of self-determination

01:38of the peoples, and unconditional support for our peoples, and so as a solidarity act

01:49of the Muslim world and of any nation that has been fighting for their independence.

01:58Second of all, everyone knows that the Middle East for many centuries has been a peaceful

02:05region, a peaceful and harmony region.

02:10That holy territory named Palestine was a point of encounter for the ethnics that were

02:20living in peace with tranquility and harmony, till it was formed illegally a cancer tumor

02:34which name is Israel.

02:36From that time on, the region entered into conflicts and wars caused by the warlike and

02:48expanding policies of Israel.

02:53The region hasn't seen tranquility and peace from that day, 1948.

03:00As our Lebanese ambassador said, we are coming from the peaceful culture.

03:08We have lived in peace and we want to live in peace, and that's why we are giving priority

03:17to diplomacy and to peaceful talks, but the problem is that the Israeli regime has not

03:24respected any agreement and has always continued massacring our Palestinian brothers.

03:33Not only Palestine, but also Lebanon has been a victim of warlike policies of Israel, Syria

03:41and other sister nations, and beyond they also attacked Iran in which they assassinated

03:50the Hamas leader, our dear brother Hassan Hezbollah, who was an official guest of the

04:04Iranian Islamic Republic in the swarming ceremony, and then he was assassinated.

04:21By the time they assassinated the Hamas leader, Iran has the possibility to give an answer

04:28to Israel, but Iran, as other Arab nations, have a culture of peace, and so we prioritize

04:41diplomatic routes and we ask the United Nations to hold accountable for the crimes of Israel,

04:55but the United Nations Council of Security has the veto, and so two months ago, the opportunity

05:07that Iran provided to the international community, to the United Nations Council of Security,

05:13but Netanyahu not only stopped its bloodshed machinery against Palestine, but also within

05:23the United Nations, in which you were all present, in which people were talking about

05:31an international cooperation, peace, coexistence among countries, Netanyahu ordered the assassination

05:41of the Secretary General of Hezbollah, and so today we commemorate his name, long live the

05:49Secretary General of Hezbollah, and he also assassinated other military, and so brothers,

06:01media outlets, for a dignified nation to defend its sovereignty, when the United Nations Security

07:09who are mourning their losses, so one more time, we prioritize dialogue, peace, we asked the United

07:24Nations for peace, because war is not good for anyone, but the Middle East, we know, we have to

07:33reaffirm again, that the cause of war, the origins of war, are the expanding war-like policies of

07:42Israel, while the West doesn't stop Israel, there won't be peace at the Middle East, and as you

07:55mentioned, Mr. Foreign Minister, it is our turn, revolutionary countries, to be united in our

08:04shouts, asking the international community of the United Nations, to press Israel, to compel Israel,

08:12to respect international rights, to respect the sovereignty of the peoples, to not attack the

08:18neighboring countries, to live at peace, and leave the rest of the world live at peace, I wish

08:25someday, when we are finding, and we are talking about peace at the Middle East, finally, we have

08:36to be vindicated the right of the Palestinians of the territory, and they live in peace,

08:47long live Palestine, long live Venezuela, for your unconditional support to the revolutionary

09:20Foreign Minister, and Deputy Foreign Minister Tatiana, good afternoon to all of you, we are

09:29at the brink of a year, of fulfilling a year, of the genocide, of an extermination perpetrated

09:42by Israel, 365 days of bloodshed, of massacres, that have claimed over 41,000 lives by the

10:00Zionist regime of Israel, the vast majority of them, women, children, and elderly, 17,000 children

10:11in a year, assassinated and murdered, 11,000 women murdered, massive destruction in the Gaza Strip,

10:26as the Ambassador said, Israel has the target of wiping off the existence of the people,

10:39who killed 16,000 children, has not a military target, but finishing, eliminating, eradicating

10:51the Palestinian people, the future of the Palestinian people, that's the real aim of

10:57the State of Israel, 365 days, and Venezuela, continues raising their voice, and supporting

11:11the Palestinian cause, and the flagrant right of the Palestinian people, so today, we came here to

11:20thank you, for so many expressions of solidarity, sisterhood, affection to the Palestinian cause,

11:32and I want to thank the rejection, and the repudiation of the Bolivarian government,

11:40and of the Bolivarian people, that they reject the atrocities and crimes against our people,

11:51so today, we came here to raise our voices, against the accomplice silence, because at this

12:00time, who kept quiet, are in favor of the crimes against Palestine, Lebanon, Syria, and Iran,

12:13so those who are silenced, are accomplices, so we say no to the accomplished silence,

12:21we raise our voices, and we said no to the culture of impunity, that Israel is enjoying,

12:30all of this that is happening, it is thanks to the support of the United States,

12:37and other countries that support Zionism, you know that till today, Israel received almost 50

12:49billion dollars in military supplies, so today, our Palestinian children have been attacked,

12:58bombed, and killed, by the Israeli army, who are supported by the United States, so today,

13:09we came, according to the instructions of President Nicolás Maduro Moro, I just take

13:18the advantage of sending warm hugs to President Nicolás Maduro, for showing his support to the

13:28Arab countries, so today, we came here to see mechanism, how can we support our peoples,

13:41we are not that far from Palestine, Syria, so we have to play a fundamental role, to see how we can

13:49back up those peoples, we can mitigate the suffering of these peoples in Palestine, Syria,

13:56in any part of the world, that's why the objective of this summit, is to see how can we support these

14:05countries, so President Nicolás Maduro was one of the first presidents to provide, to allocate

14:14humanitarian aid to Gaza, so that's the spirit of the Bolivarian government, that's why we came

14:23here, to see how can we support our people, our country, our sister nation, Lebanon, so we count

14:34on your support, and you know that the Bolivarian government is always going to be a paramount

14:43factor to support this initiative, thank you very much, foreign minister, and guests, ambassadors,
