00:56GENERAZIONE G PRE-NATAL PRESENTS THE RESULTS OF THE INITIATIVE'S FIRST YEAR OF ACTIVITY THAT RELEASES NATALITY
01:22We have launched a fundraising project that has involved all our clients of all our teachers of the group Toy Center, Bimbo Store, Pre-Natal, Faust Farts, here in Italy
01:34and thanks to the contributions of the clients to many partners, including Kikko, Fatter, OK Baby, Mam, Clementoni
01:42we have collected economic contributions that we have used to build a support network
01:49parents, experts, who helped Italian families in need or who wanted to have children
01:57especially with a focus on those who were fragile or in difficulty and who required support to be able to accompany them in this path
02:06A fundraising went beyond expectations, with more than 800,000 euros of economic donations in just 12 months, the result of a shared alliance
02:16The value generated is all the value that we have generated on the Italian territory in terms of welfare and proximity
02:23We have supported more than 260 families, 264 to be exact, in 29 Italian cities and 14 regions
02:32The efforts put in place have also been remarkable because more than 50 parents and experts have been involved to build a network throughout the territory
02:41A fact that I like to remember, perhaps the most important, is how in this year of the project 42 new children were born
02:4842 new children were born and therefore we feel a bit like parents of all these 42 children
02:53The impact of the Generation G project, which involved about 250 fragile parents, with problems of an economic, social, relational and linguistic nature
03:04which were supported by the figures of the expert parents in their daily needs
03:10There are situations in which parents are helped in the daily life of their life as a parent
03:18and therefore from the simplest, elementary acts of preparing a doll to preparing, making a cloth change
03:26up to supporting a parent who has difficulty finding work and then being supported by expert parents
03:35who help them to find a new professional training, a new professional possibility
03:40Often parents in trouble are often mothers and we are also particularly active in giving them all the necessary support
03:54to help them get out of this situation of emergency, of social discomfort
04:03Competitiveness is a key role covered by the Energy Transition Goals Achievement Line
04:11as well as a comparison of strategies and opportunities
04:14These are the central themes of the ENI Supply Chain Day 2024 entitled Energy in Transition
04:21organized at the Gasometer Complex in Rome Ostiense
04:25It is the final event of a series of meetings with the companies of the main production sites
04:31which brought together more than 10,000 companies, institutional representatives, large companies, SMEs and start-ups
04:38The energy sector has always played a central role within the industrial sector
04:42and we believe that the competitiveness of the energy system should be maintained and accelerated
04:49We believe that the companies that work with ENI should give themselves few and precise priorities
04:54First of all, security, which is an essential value for us
04:58Responsibility, both in managing activities in an ethical way, but above all, guaranteeing sustainable development
05:07We are also interested in having companies on our side that are international
05:11in order to accompany us globally on all our projects in Italy and abroad
05:18and technological companies that make technology an element, the engine of their way of acting
05:25These four priorities have one thing in common, which is competence
05:29and more and more will be strengthened through training policies
05:34For years, ENI has been committed to offering support solutions to small and medium-sized enterprises through dedicated initiatives
05:41and during the event, the company announced the launch of a new program dedicated to suppliers
05:46Energy of the Supply Chain, designed to accelerate the competitiveness of the supply chain
05:53We are working on a new program called Energy of the Supply Chain
05:57a program that will integrate the tools already available and will add new ones
06:02allowing companies to have a check-up on the strengths and areas to invest in their competitive advantage
06:12and also to attract financial resources to be able to support these investments
06:18The new research titled Corporate Reputation, Emerging Trends and Strategic Implications
06:22was presented at the headquarters of the Swiss Center in Milan
06:28It was carried out by ICCH and the University of Ulm
06:31The research explores emerging trends on corporate reputation
06:35providing important tools to managers, academics and students
06:39Today we have presented our new magazine, the research on the brand reputation
06:45It is an essential topic for those who deal with communication
06:49It is constantly evolving, especially in recent years
06:52because we have to deal with the proliferation of information sources
06:55including digital and social content
06:59and last but not least, artificial intelligence
07:02which will certainly bring many opportunities, but also criticality to manage
07:06So the brand reputation, which then has to manage a little of everything
07:10is always evolving, it is always more difficult
07:13In 10 years, the way in which corporate reputation is formed has changed
07:17mainly because of the rapid technological evolution
07:20of the growing global interconnection
07:22and of the mutual expectations of society towards companies
07:26In a globalized world, of course, it is strongly interconnected
07:30and the social and collective assessments of people towards the company
07:34have a very, very strong impact
07:36So the reputation continues to be an important aspect
07:39on the basis of which people make their decisions
07:43And of course, this also applies to negative assessments
07:46In the research we have conducted, the role of the stigmas that come
07:50and therefore the companies that are stigmatized emerges strongly
07:53The fact that when companies are stigmatized
07:56they have to move away from these negative perceptions
07:59in order to regain control of their social conduct
08:06and therefore the social assessment of their business
08:12On the occasion of the tenth anniversary of the first launch of Icos
08:15on the Italian market, Philip Morris International
08:18presents in Italy the new Icos Illuma I-Prime
08:21the innovative and advanced tobacco heating device
08:25for an even more flexible and simple use experience
08:28This is the most advanced Icos device
08:32It is a device that gives greater flexibility,
08:35possibility of customization and ease of use
08:38One of the main characteristics is the combination
08:41of the induction system technology
08:44which then heats the tobacco from the inside
08:47with new functionalities
08:49New functionalities that can be controlled through a touchscreen
08:53allow the consumer to control the battery
08:56to control the remaining number of uses
08:59and a very important functionality
09:01is to pause the device up to 8 minutes
09:05The launch of Icos Illuma I-Prime
09:07is followed by the commitment of Philip Morris
09:09for a future without smoke
09:11The company has in fact invested more than 12 billion dollars
09:14in the development and realization of its smoke-free technologies
09:18For us, the most important goal we have reached
09:21is that of the more than 2 million Italian consumers
09:24who have completely abandoned traditional cigarettes
09:27to switch to Icos
09:30and we are convinced that even the innovations
09:32that we have presented today
09:34will further contribute to increasing this number
09:37and in a short time traditional cigarettes
09:39will become a real museum product
09:41Icos Illuma I-Prime, like the previous versions,
09:44heats up specific tobacco sticks
09:47designed and made in Italy
09:49in the Philip Morris Manufacturing Technology plant in Bologna
09:53The Italian branch has in fact a high-level role for Philip Morris
09:57The role of Italy is a very important role
10:00both from an agricultural and industrial point of view
10:04At the agricultural level, we have invested more than 20 years
10:082.5 billion euros to create the tobacco culture
10:13that was then also used in new generation products
10:16together with the Crespellano production plant
10:19which, as I said, is a billion and a half investment
10:21but it is very important
10:23because it is a plant that exports a lot
10:26and today this branch exports to 40 countries around the world
10:29it exports more than historical lines in our country
10:32with an important growth rate
10:34because in the world the heated tobacco is taking root
10:37it is developing
10:39we are talking about incredible numbers
10:42considering that the plant is only 8 years old
10:45so in 8 years 41,000 jobs
10:47half the national GDP
10:49this is a great result for a branch that once was only agricultural
10:52now it is industrial agriculture
10:55Deceived!
10:56Because no one was born in the wrong body
10:58not even me
11:00This is the title of the tour organized by ProVita and the Onlus family
11:03which in these weeks is bringing throughout Italy
11:06the story of Luca Hein
11:08Death Transitioner, native of Nebraska
11:10taking place in the frame of the Teatro Italia in Rome
11:13this stage took place in the presence of over 300 people
11:16although it has become necessary
11:18in the presence of the police
11:20to guard the theater after the failed attempt
11:22of boycotting those who signed up for the event with false names
11:25We organized this event
11:28because today in Italy and in the world
11:31thousands of teenagers
11:34lock themselves in a room to search on Google
11:37how to change sex
11:39and today this great lie reigns
11:43that you were born in the wrong body
11:46and if you want to be happy you have to change sex
11:49therefore we of ProVita and the Onlus family
11:52we organized this tour
11:55to bring the testimony of Luca Hein
11:58in various Italian cities
12:00and through her
12:02give voice to all those teenagers
12:05who have suffered on their skin
12:08and in their psyche
12:10this great deception
12:12Luca Hein claims to have been deceived
12:15by the LGBTQIA community
12:17and hopes that her testimony
12:19is helpful to other boys
12:21I'm here today to share my story
12:24so that it can be helpful for many other people
12:27and also to share another perspective
12:30in the face of the problems
12:33that a young boy can live
12:35I hope it can be helpful
12:37ProVita and the Onlus family
12:39wanted to bring in Italy
12:41the testimony of Luca Hein
12:43because he tells the story
12:45of many American and Italian boys
12:47It is very important in Italy
12:49to listen to this woman
12:51because she asks that adults
12:53that you are a teacher, that you are a mother
12:55that you are a father, that you are an uncle
12:57can take the situation into their own hands
12:59and study what science says
13:01and reject this gender ideology
13:03that undermines our boys
13:05who tell them that they were born wrong
13:07and that to be loved
13:09they have to change their body
13:11and their being
13:13It is our duty
13:15to limit and show
13:17how much deceit
13:19there is in this gender
